Prank gone wrong final part

Akko Pov 

I open my eyes to see Diana sitting at her desk reading something, I get up and tap her shoulder, she turns and gives a cold stare making me uneasy, "what is It" she says in a cold tired voice. Diana seems colder than usual, "how old are you" I ask with nervousness, she looks at me with an annoyed look on her face " I'm ten you, idiot, now leave me alone" she says with venom. She turns back to her book, I take a step back to look around the room to see her box wasn't there but on top of the dresser looking dusty, I look down to see her clothes neatly folded in a box. She aged but what happened, the door opens revealing the maid," Miss Dinner is ready" she says, Diana puts her quilt down and gets up. She looks at me and walks downstairs, the maid frowns "what happened to Diana, why is she acting like this" I say to the maid. 

She walks over to me, " If you really want to know to follow me" she asks while walking out the door, I follow her leading behind the mansion to a cemetery with trees and flowers surrounding It. She walks to a gravestone with a lot of flowers around It, I look closely to see "Bernette Cavendish a friend,  a family member, and a mother" It says, I look back at the maid to see her looking down. I didn't understand who is this " I don't understand" I ask, she looks at me with sorrow in her eyes " She is Diana's mother, she died when Diana was only six. Diana had to run the household when she was older or her aunts would so Diana grew up way too early, she would take care of matters at a young age. She wanted to make sure her mother's work was not for nothing so she wants to take care of the household and the other people's needs as well" she says as she looks at the grave. 

That not fair, to lose someone and take on a big responsibility is hard " I got to go" I say as I run to the household, I open to doors and run the dining room to see Diana reading instead of eating. I walk up to her and snatch her book from her, she looks at me with that cold glare," give It back" she says with venom in her voice, I stand my ground and smile. She gets off the chair and looks at me right in the eyes, " I said give it back" she says while gripping her hands, I nod no and walk to her room. I knew she was following me because I know Diana never gives up in a fight when she wants something, I sit on her bed and look at the book It says "Magic in different codes" by Bernette Cavendish. Oops, the door slams open with Diana looking angry, I laugh nervously" hey there Diana" I say while moving away from her, she walks over to me, I close my eyes and shield myself.

I feel arms grab my waist, I open my eyes to see Diana hugging me, " I'm sorry for being rude to you Akko" she says while hugging me tighter, she moves back with tears in her eyes. I never thought I would see Diana Cavendish cry right in front of me, someone so small had to deal with growing up to fast and losing something valuable as well. I wipe her tears off and smile" no more tears, just smile" I say while drawing a smile on my face with my hands, she giggles at me. I laugh too, " Diana tomorrow you'll probably gonna kill but I don't blame you," I say while scratching my head, she gives me a confused look. I laugh nervously, " you'll understand tomorrow but please go easy on me," I say, she nods yes " Akko can I sleep with you again," she beams, I nod yes. 

I wake up and look to my right to see Diana fully grown up, I get out of bed quietly and open the door " Akko where do you think you're going" I hear Diana say, I laugh nervously" the bathroom" I squeak. I could hear the movement right behind me, I dash out the door only to be pulled back, I fall on the floor and try to crawl away, I look behind me to see Diana pulling me back. She pushes me on a chair and shuts the door, I look at Diana with fear in my eyes " I remember everything that happened when I wasn't my right age" she says. I slowly think of my will," I want to thank you for taking care of me in my condition but you also caused, there's only one thing I can do to you" she says with nervousness in her voice. She looks at me with a light blush on her face, " close your eyes" she says, I close my eyes, I suddenly feel something right in front of me, I feel my face burn up as I feel her lips on mine.

I slowly get up and move her on the bed, she pulls back and sits up as I get on the bed, I close the gap between us and pull her closer as she plays with my hair feeling the light shock go down my spine. She pulls away breathing heavily looking down, I smile at her shyness " I like you too Diana" I say with a smile, she looks up with a smile on her face" we should head to Super Nova" I say breaking the silence. She nods, we walk to the door, I look at Diana's hand and frown, I'm sure Diana doesn't want me to tell people were dating knowing It will embarrass her. I let go of Diana's hand, she grabs my hand again this time tighter" It's alright Akko, I don't care what people think" she says. I grip her hand and open the door, we walk to the cafeteria feeling everyone's eyes on us, she looks at me and kisses my cheek, I hear Amanda cheer as Sucy snickers. 

She lets go and walks to her table, I walk to my table and sit down, " so Akko I didn't know you liked Cavendish for lunch or a late night snack" Sucy snickers, I look back at her " like your one to talk" I say. Sucy just mumbles and eats her mushroom soup, Lottes smiles at Sucy" Lotte don't think you innocent either"I say eyeing, she looks at her book with her ears red, I look at Diana table to see her friends are looking embarrassed as well. Diana looks at me and smiles, I smile back ignoring more of Amanda's Snickers.
