3rd Person:
"Olivia?" Mari says knocking on the door.
"Are you ready?" She asks.
Olivia opens her eyes and meets Courtney's gaze in the mirror. She gives her an encouraging smile.
"Yeah" Olivia murmurs.
"Yeah, I'm ready" She says.
Courtney takes her arm, still smiling. It's really the biggest event they've had in years right now, and it's not that Olivia is getting cold feet, quite the opposite actually, but she's so goddamn nervous as she exits the room that for a moment she forgets to breathe. Mari is at her other side in an instant, an excited grin on her lips. With gentle coaxing from them both, she calms down a bit, and they make their way downstairs. The chapel is extravagantly decorated but there's much more flare and personality to it than before. Of course, there's a lot of Olivia's design here but Shayne's too. A bit of them both, enough to create their perfect event. The music starts, and Courtney holds her arm a bit tighter.
"Ready?" She asks.
"Ready" Olivia confirms.
Mari opens the big doors, still grinning brightly. Heads turn from the benches in the massive church. Boze holds Cheyenne's while they walk down the aisle. Cheyenne holding a bag of rose petals. Boze drops the petals on the ground as she walks. The church is illuminated by countless lights hanging from the ceiling. The air is sweet with the scent of flowers, both from the outside area, and from the countless ones that Olivia splurged on for the ceremony. It's breathtakingly beautiful, with the afternoon sun shining down through the window on her and her white gown. Her black hair cascades over her shoulder, slightly pinned back by her veil that she had modified to suit her dress. Her makeup is, as always, perfect with red lipstick painted across her lips. Mari, Pam, and Sarah are all wearing their pale pink dresses, as per requested as her bridesmaids. Courtney's is a bit darker, as her Maid of Honor, with killer black heels to give her a bit more height. Olivia wore heels, too, but they aren't nearly as big. Ian smiles that dorky smile as she passes. It always astounds her how their friends truly care about her and Shayne. Both Shayne and Olivia's families are here and half of Smosh, at least, and everyone who had moved out after Defy shut down, returned just for this occasion. Because they want to. Because they care. It's beautiful, he's beautiful. She can't stop looking at him, and her heart is so, so full of emotion it's sure to burst at any moment. Shayne didn't wear suits often. It had taken him months before he finally settled on the one he liked. It was a dark suit with a shirt accompanied by a black tie. It complimented Olivia's dress perfectly. He looks so damned handsome that Olivia has to force herself to keep walking at a slow and steady pace instead of running up to him. Damien, Noah and Keith are donning black tuxedos with matching black ties. Damien insisted on wearing a bowtie since 'The Best Man deserves the Best Manliest of the ties' and, well, how could Shayne and Olivia say no to that? When they finally make it up to the altar, Olivia can't quite contain the fond smile that pulls at her lips.
'You look good' She mouths.
'You too' Shayne responds smiling.
The officiant speaks, and the ceremony officially begins.
"Would the ring bearer please come forward?" The priest says.
Ian approaches confidently. Shayne had insisted on giving Olivia the ring that his grandmother had left him. They couldn't quite afford something as extravagant, but the ring is beautiful and Olivia can't wait to put it on. A gold band, with a sparkling diamond. Engraved on the inside is the word 'forever' and, God, Olivia has never felt so much overwhelming love for anyone in her life.
