Chapter 6

Hayden

People were starting to show up, some of them already slightly drunk. Which didn't effect me, I drink myself so I don't really care if people get shitfaced drunk. I stood in the kitchen with Kat, chatting about hair colours. I want to dye my hair, but I'm not sure if I'm going to do a crazy colour or just brown.

"I think you would look great with purple hair." Kat said and nodded, agreeing with herself. "I'm not sure, I really liked it when I had brown hair." I told her, it was such a long time ago.

Out of nowhere Colby suddenly stood beside me. "I think you would look hot with brown hair." Colby told me, I just looked at him with widened eyes. "Are you drunk already?" I asked him as he stood there, staring at my hair. Which I found weird.

"I don't know what you're talking about." He said and walked away, I looked over at Kat, who seemed just as confused as me. "What a weird kid." I said and she nodded, before we burst out laughing.

"Colby called you hot, I ship it." Kat said with a smirk. I chose to ignore her and yelled "Let's take some shots!". I'm not going to have this conversation now, he was talking about hair. It means nothing.

We actually ended up taking a few shots, and my throat was burning. I almost wanted to puke from the taste, but trying to not look like a fool.

"You guys wanna join truth or dare?" Xepher, one of their friends came over and asked us. We gladly agreed, now that the shots had begun affecting us.

We walked to the living room where a few of the roommates and some other people were. I sat down with Kat, who sat down beside Sam. Of course Sam and Colby wanted to join this, I thought and chuckled.

The game went smoothly, we had to do some random things like hitting on people, do weird stuff. I actually had a blast, my parents knew I was a a party, so I didn't care how wasted I got.

"Hayden?" Xepher looked at me, I answered with dare for the first time. I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat when I comes to this game. She gave me a evil look, I knew at that moment it would be bad. I took a big sip of my beer, preparing myself.

"You have to make out with Colby for 1 minute, you can't touch each other. If you do, you have to take two shots." She said with a grin, pleased with her dare. I just stared at her with big eyes, and then looked over at Colby, he was already looking at me.

"Do it!" People began chanting around us, the sudden feeling of awkwardness grew bigger. "Alright, calm down." Colby said, making them stop. He stood up and walked over to me, motioning me to also stand up.

With out any warning, he put his lips on mine, and soon enough we were making out. The oohs and other weird noises, were made by the others.

The butterflies in my stomach were going crazy, and the urge to touch him grew stronger. My hands kept flinching, wanting to just grab him.

"Alright, the time was up a long time ago." Kat laughed and we stopped. I gave her a glare and sat down next to her again. "You guys kept going weird things with your hands." Kat said, laughing even more. I felt a dip beside me, and saw Colby sitting there. Probably too lazy to go back.

"Let's just move on." I said, my face probably as red as a tomato. Colby laughed and I just gave him a shut up look.

The rest of the game got quite interesting, one of the guys that I don't know ended up in just boxers and a girl had to take 5 shots. She passed out 10 minutes later.

"I'm just going to the bathroom." I said and stood up, not realising how much I had to drink. I felt ditsy the first few seconds after I stood up, making me stand there.

When I was about to leave the bathroom, I accidentally hit someone with the door. "Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" I yelled and looked to see Colby standing there.

We just stood there, looking at each other. I didn't know if I could ever be able to look away, he was just so handsome standing there. "So, um..." I started, trying to find something so say.

Before I could even process it his lips were on mine, and we were making out again. At some point we had moved, so I sat on the sink and he stood in between my legs. Our hands exploring each others bodies.

We got so caught up in the moment, that we didn't notice someone walking in on us. The only reason I noticed was because a flash suddenly went on, I stopped and looked over his shoulder.

"You guys are adorable." Kat gushed with a big smirk, waving her phone around. The moment was definitely ruined.

I walked out of the bathroom with Kat, deciding this was going to be awkward for the next few days, I tried to hide from Colby the rest of the night.

I can't believe I just did that.
