For you
An adaptation
A survival
A sibling
A rival
Can't you ever see eye to eye
A rainfall
A snowstorm
A fresh start
A new born
Could you ever want for more
A fearing
A failure
A rupture
A peril
Can't you see your dreams came true
A curtain
A veil
A mystic
A spell
Can't you see it's all for you--
Spattering
Scattered sunlight
Shadow'd doors
Vainest blood
Upon the shores
Ruined hopes
Cluttered dreams
Nothing's really
What it seems
Shining silver
Let it be
Gutted glory
Among the trees
Deceitful longing
My heart aches
Hear them calling
Wait for mistakes
Dirges darken
Sign a tract
Watch the skies
Prepare attack--
Darkest Light
There is something darker
That lies neath the skin
Darker than any hue
A fleshed encasement might hold
As ink below burnt parchment
Untold how unsoaked
The quill a fleshed and edged scalpel
Rusted beyond all use
It pools braneath our eyes
And leaks out when we die
A shadow below the darkest blood
Discrimmitive to no soul
Why the ravens claim the eyes
If not to open jars of our wrappings
So their small rookling breathen
Might taste of their first feathers black
Darker than that of all inked fright
Never grasped by the sun
A shadow everlasting--
Alice, Wandering
Tick tock
Tick tock
Your time is on the clock
Push her down that grassy hole
The deep abyss where rabbits go
Silver jewelry are rusted chains
Shut your eyes against the pain
Sail the tears to distant shore
Crippled wings will never soar- -
Fairy Fall
Fairy lights
Blue and bright
Look among the leaves
Upon a autumn's eve
The stroke of ten
The first leaves spin
Gold enwrapped
Red entrapped
All the world is come to rest
Preparing for the spring next- -
I told you
Not to go out there
On on that bloody field.
I told you to come back
Never leave my side,
And you did
Did come back
Just without your life.
An empty body
Torn and bloody
Dead eyes
Staring into nothing
A ghosted smile
Frozen on your lips
That had screamed your
Battlecry
Battlecry
Battlecry
And I cried
Closed your war worn eyes
And said my last goodbyes
Even now
I can hear you
Shouting out
Your final
Battlecry.—
One to be free
Two for the cageOne to fly high
Two for the clipOne to the heart
Two for the brain—
I'll see your points
And those you wish to hide
And I'll compare mine with yours—
The horse gave its back for a friend
The sheep gave their coats for safety
The wolf gave its mind for the moon
But the pig gave its life for some scraps- -
And the tears fall down
Pouring like rain
Fog shrouds the mind
The clouds of thoughtAnd if it passes
Know it to be true
There will not be a rainbow
Not this time
Not for you
