Chapter 17: New Day

Zack's POV:
I woke up to see summer lay awake on her phone next to me.
S: "morning sleepyhead,"
Z: "morning beautiful,"
I kissed her lips and we got up and got changed. I got changed into this

Meanwhile summer got changed into this,

She looked gorgeous, we had school today so after getting changed we had breakfast we grabbed our bags and went to school. We stopped outside her locker so she could sort her books out when Tomika and Freddy walked over.
T: "hey guys,"
S: "hey, are you guys doing anything tonight?"
F: "not that I know of, why?"
S: "because we're all going to a concert,"
T: "cool, who?"
S: "New Day, there really common in Europe,"
Z: "is that who were going to see?"
S: "yeah, why? Do you not like them?"
Z: "yeah I do it's just..." I was cut off by the bell ringing.
F: "saved by the bell," Freddy whispered as he walked past me.
Basically, here's a bit of back story, I am a triplet, me, my brother Trip and sister Babe. before me, Hayden and my mom and dad moved here to Austin, we created a band me, Hayden, Trip and Babe. When we were 11, we got offered a record deal but my parents wouldn't let us accept because my dad had got a new job so we had to move to Austin. Trip and Babe were upset about it and decided to stay with my aunt in New York as my mom is originally from there, but we moved around a lot. Anyway, me and Hayden decide to go with our parents and they replaced us with my ex-girlfriend/Babes best friend, Kenzie and Trips best friend Hudson. They ended up getting the record deal and becoming famous. We left on really bad terms so I never told anyone about them, the only other person that knew was Freddy, Freddy only found out because he found my photo album I hide under my bed and he was questioning it so I had to tell him. He promised not to tell anyone and 3 years later he still hasn't. Me and Babe are twins, but we're fraternal so I'm hoping they don't realise. Trip is 2 1/2 years younger but his dad is double G, so my parents got divorced then my mom got married to double g had trip and then 5 years later go a divorce and my parents got back together.
S: "I got us vip tickets so we can meet them tonight."
F: "oh great,"
Could this get any worse?!
S: "we can also go to their sound check and everything,"
T: "really? That's awesome,"
Z: "isn't it," I said trying to sound convincing. I'm so nervous about tonight and I have no way out of it. I went out during class and rang my mom and she seemed cofused but gave me Babes number anyways. I decided to ring her however much I didn't want to, I rang and she recognised me straight away.

Zack's POV:

B: "wait, Zack? Is that you?"
Z: "yeah, hi Babe, I heard your playing in Austin tonight,"
B: "yeah we are, are you coming?"
Z: "yeah, my girlfriend got me and my friends tickets,"
B: "you've got a girlfriend? You know Kenzie still loves you,"
Z: "whatever, but she got vip tickets and I haven't told them about you so could you please not say anything."
B: "why haven't you told them about me and Trip,"
Z: "well one of them knows and i need to tell you something, when I moved here I still played my guitar and I'm apart of another band, school of rock,I'm sorry"
B: " it's fine, we love school of rock, your band manager has actually emailed us about going to the concert. I think your our support act but I will tell them not to say anything,only because I owe you one after you wrote us like 5 songs."
Z: "well thanks, while your here we should all meet up, I'll convince Hayden and you convince Trip,"
B: "ok, I'm excited to see you baby bro,"
Z: "only by two minutes, see ya sis,"
B: "bye,"
Wait did she just say we are the support act? I walked back into class to hear summer talking.
S: "Awh great Zack your here, earlier I emailed new day and they want school of rock to perform as their support act."
Z: "really that's amazing,"
After talking to Babe I was excited to see them, I mean not my ex Kenzie, but everyone else, I was excited. I text Hayden and finally convinced him to go to the concert. He is meeting us there,after we called a truce the guys let me tell him about school of rock which I'm really happy about so he's coming with us. I think I might tell the guys, especially summer.
