So you think you come from another world or something? the wolf asked, padding along beside Hiccup. His tongue lolled out as he panted, and Hiccup felt uneasy at how small he was compared to him.

"Er... something of the sort, yeah." Hiccup glanced back at the stallion, who was walking easily with the snow-leopard kitten, Little-Wolf and spider all sitting along his back.

The little snowy owl was sitting in the branches of a tree at the moment, but Hiccup knew she would swoop among the trees as they moved on.

Cool, the wolf said. Do you know which world?

The corners of Hiccup's mouth turned up slightly. "A world were anything is possible," he said firmly. "Where Vikings can fly on the backs of drag-" He stopped so suddenly that the stallion almost walked into him.

"Toothless!" How could Hiccup have forgotten about Toothless? His Night Fury had to be around somewhere!

Toothless? the wolf echoed in surprise. That's a weird name. What's a Drag-Toothless? Is it some sort of monster?

"No, it's my dragon!" Hiccup groaned in despair. "I've lost him! I was flying on his back on second and the next-"

Oh, a dragon? Why didn't you say so? the wolf wagged it's tail.

"Have you seen him?" Hope flared in Hiccup's chest.

The wolf flicked it's ear. Oh, no, I would've noticed, he panted happily. The hope died like a flame being extinguished. But we can help look for him, if you want.

Are you forgetting about looking for Night? the horse butted in. And Everest and Winter and Luna and Moon and Zero and Willow?

The wolf's blue eyes flashed with grief. Of course I haven't! he whined. But maybe Hiccup has something to do with them! It can't be a... a... what's that long word Night uses?

A coincidence? the snowy owl prompted.

The wolf's eyes lit up. Oh yeah! It couldn't be coincidence that Hiccup just happens to turn up when we're looking for them, can it?

It could be! the Little-Wolf yapped.

The wolf fluffed out his tail. Well, I don't think it can be, he replied stubbornly. And I'm going to help Hiccup find his dragon, whether you guys are coming with me or not!

The horse sighed. We're coming, he said in a resigned way.

The wolf's eyes brightened. Good! Now, let's head back to where you found us, Hiccup. That's a funny name as well! he laughed as they turned around.

Oh, he added, And you can call me Fang, by the way.
