Today, as usual, I'm currently doing my usual walk through the school grounds. I could hear the usual insults I hear from my schoolmates.
For example,
"Hey 'devil kid'! Where you going?"
"Hey where are your horns?"
I just shrugged it off like it was nothing, I don't pay attention to them anyway. I'm pretty much used to it. By the way, the reason they insult me like this is-well, simply put,
"Hey Lucifer!" A guy called out to me,
I looked behind and saw that it was my friend, Michael who called out and was running towards me.
"Where are you headed?" He asked,
"Rooftop. I'm not attending English today. That aside, stop blurting out my name in public. You'll be insulted if they knew you befriended me..." I replied in a very cold tone.
Think of me as a jerk but that's how I really am.
He smiled broadly and said, "Don't pay attention to them. Let them think what they want. Your my friend, and that's what matters."
"Somehow I find you very admirable but mostly stupid. Anyway, if you don't mind I'll be skipping class..."
I said and went on my way,
I knew he wanted to stop me but come on, I'm not gonna waste my time sitting in a classroom with people throwing insults at me the entire time. So I sought a way to avoid them by skipping class and having teachers pay no mind to my abscences...

Two years ago...
"Mr. Lucifer. May I ask, why were absent again during my class?"
Asked Mr. Johnson, my english teacher,
"Eh? I just find your class incredibly stupid and boring. Not to mention, baleful..."
I replied,
"What?! Are you saying my class is too easy and boring?!" He exclaimed,
"To put it bluntly, yeah I do..." I boringly stated,
"Oh so you think you can ace my class eh? You think you can ace every assignment, seatwork, quiz and exam then leave eh? Well not in my watch boy!" He said while making a face that's a cross between a gorilla and a gangster,
"So to make it simple, I just have to ace every test and every requirement? If I do that would you leave me alone?" I asked,
"If you do I would!" He exclaimed,
"Fine..."
Two months later...
After the prelims exam...
