Ch17: Kidnapped

Gray's pov

I watched (Y/n), feeling kind of bad that I hadn't really tried to talk with her and for being a bit forceful with the kiss in our date. I already figured that's why she'd been avoiding me. She spent a lot of time with her group of friends, excluding the four that were part of Sabertooth though they visited every so often.

While everyone was doing their own thing, the guild doors slammed open and Sting and Rogue ran in. "We need help!" they yelled, clearly panting. "What happened?" Natsu asked.

"W-we found Archer a-and Kris in an alleyway, b-badly injured and bleeding" Rogue replied, panting heavily throughout what he was saying. "What?!" Triston and Brook yelled, both getting up, panic all over their faces.

"What happened?" (Y/n) asked. "Don't know but they were with Autumn and Simon but we didn't find either of them. It was just Kris and Archer" Sting explained. "Simon's gone?" James asked, tears welling up.

"Take us to Kris and Archer. We need to ask them what happened" (Y/n) ordered the twin dragons. Both nodded. Wendy decided to go as well and I tagged along just to see.

Most of (Y/n)'s friends stayed down in the main hall but Brook, Triston, (Y/n), James and Tyler went up. Both males were in the infirmary beds, covered in bandages and unconscious.

Wendy walked over and started to remove the bandages to see the wounds. "Those look like they were made with a knife not magic" I pointed out. "But who would want to attack them. Sure they've pulled a lot of pranks but they aren't bad people" Brook explained, looking down.

"What did the place look like when you found them?" Tyler asked Sting and Rogue. "There was blood everywhere and they were lying on the ground, bleeding badly. We also found this note. It's addressed to the two of you" Rogue replied, handing a note to (Y/n) and Tyler.

(Y/n) opened it and read it over, her eyes widening. "What does it say?" Triston asked, concern in his voice.

"Dear (Y/n) and Tyler,

When you get this note, you'll already have seen what happened to those two little friends of yours. We beat them up because they were in the way of who we really wanted. Don't think you'll be getting Simon and Autumn back. They belong to us now and the two of you will be next. We'll make you our living puppets for what you did to us.

From, You'll see."

"That's messed up. Why would someone want to make anyone a living puppet?" I asked. "I think I know who it is" Tyler explained, taking a grip of his trouser leg.

"Who? I'm going to beat them up for what they did" Brook hissed, standing next to Archer's bed. Tyler looked at (Y/n) who nodded in response.

"We think it's our ex's" Tyler explained, fear clear in his eyes. "Wait. The two of you have ex's? I thought it was just (Y/n)" I explained. She shook her head.

"Originally, back when we were in high-school it was just Tyler, Autumn, Simon and myself. The two of us met Simon through Autumn who had bonded with him over the both of them being Bisexual. Back then we were all dating someone. Tyler was dating a girl because at the time, he didn't want people to know his sexuality. I was dating a guy who Delilah introduced me to. Simon was dating a girl called Jennifer and Autumn was in a relationship with a couple of twins called Angel and Andre" (Y/n) explained.

"So you think your ex's want revenge" Sting asked, tilting his head. Both nodded. "Why would an ex want to do that?" I asked. "Why would an ex do anything?" Tyler asked. "The way our relationships ended weren't on good terms. That seems to have made them mad and they've decided to get revenge" (Y/n) replied.

"But why did they go for Simon and Autumn first, especially if they were with other people?" James asked, clearly distraught. "Maybe it has something to do with Autumn and Simon being the ones who are a threat the most. They are the best fighters out of all of us and have a habit of attacking anyone if their pissed off so it's probably that. If they could take out Simon and Autumn as well as Archer and Kris then that's basically taking out the ones in the group who are more cunning and have an easier time sneaking about" (Y/n) pointed out.

"We'll have to ask Kris and Archer what happened when they wake up, maybe there is a clue in what they saw that will help us find out where they are" Triston suggested. Everyone nodded and we went downstairs to tell the others.
