Fairy Tail: Melting a frozen heart (Gray x reader)

Ch4: Training

Autumn's pov

I sat on a rock with the others, about to watch (Y/n) fight against Natsu who had decided that since he was a fire dragon slayer that he would fight her. The two stood OK the battle field as the rest of us sat at the side. The entire Fairy Tail guild, Crime sorcier and some of Sabertooth were going to watch this and Cana was doing bets on who would win.

Most people bet that Natsu would win but Tyler, Pepper, Kate, Phantom, Gray, Sting, Freed and I bet that (Y/n) would win. I sat on the ground, my arms around Phantom who sat happily on my lap as the fight began.

Natsu started with a fire dragon iron fist which (Y/n) barely managed to dodge. She turned to face Natsu before he shot a roar at her which (Y/n) didn't manage to dodge and it hit. "I didn't mean to hurt her" Natsu yelled as everyone seemed shocked.

Suddenly the fire started to get smaller and smaller until it was completely gone and (Y/n) stood where it had been. A fire red streak went through her hair and  her clothes changed to a long dress which had thin straps to hold it up and sluts at either side which was orange, red and yellow just like a flame. "Fire wolf howl" (Y/n) yelled as a blast of fire shot at Natsu.

He ate the fire before being punched in the face and then kicked which knocked him out which was kinda pathetic since this guy beat a dragon but is knocked out cold by a girl. Everyone was in complete shock as (Y/n) clothes went back to normal. She looked over at the shocked crowd before asking "Did I win"

I nodded and she smiled in relief and walked over to sit next to me as Tyler went up. He stood in front of Rogue who had agreed to battle him since they seemed to share the same element of magic.

Rogue went for a shadow dragon slash which hit Tyler in the shoulder before he dodged a second attack. The two were in a small scuffle for a while before Tyler's clothes changed to a pitch black suit with a black stripe in his hair and he did a similar attack to (Y/n)'s except he yelled Shadow wolf howl instead of fire wolf howl.

(Y/n)'s pov

After Tyler had ended with a draw since he and Rogue were kinda evenly matched it was Autumn's turn. She walked up, having to face against Gray. She seemed nervous as Gray got into a fighting stance.

Makarov announced that the match is to start and Gray went into his Demon slayer form and used his arrow attack on her. She quickly dodged out of panic before looking around as if unsure. "What is she doing" I asked, turning to Tyler who shrugged, petting Kage.

I turned back to the fight and saw that Autumn had gone for a sneak attack and had tried to use her magic to get Gray from behind. Gray saw this and dodged the attack before beating Autumn into the ground who squirmed a little and went unconscious. "Finally" Tyler cheered happily as others looked at him. "What. She can be annoying sometimes" Tyler replied, still receiving a few stares.

"So now that you know your magic then maybe you should join a guild" Gray suggested. "I call Sabertooth" Autumn yelled, leaping onto her feet as if she hadn't been beaten into the ground. "Weren't you knocked unconscious" Rogue asked, an eyebrow raised. "Yes but I recovered" Autumn replied happily.

"I guess I'll join Fairy Tail. What about you Tyler" I asked, turning to Tyler. He looked at me before saying "Fairy Tail and that's when Autumn left with Phantom and the Sabertooth guys and we went into the Fairy Tail guild hall.
