A week passed and Karma was bouncing around like normal again. He was swinging from branches and putting a lot more attempts on Korosensei's life. Probably making up for the time he missed. He almost injured himself again when he staged a recent lunge at the octopus and was swung off the thing in the air and got thrown to the ground.

I had kept pushing the strange feeling of warmth every time I was with Karma, he still hadn't gone home to his fathers' house so I hadn't a clue what he'd been telling Mr Karasuma. There was still the small part of me that remembered everything that happened that night. Every second of it. "Annabelle?" Karma placed his hand on my shoulder and a shiver went down my spine. "Ah, y-yes?" I swallowed and glanced around the area nervously, there weren't many people around.

"You look distressed is all." A small grin appeared on Karma's face and I couldn't help but feel good again. "Oh, no it's fine." I waved my hand in front of me and smiled quickly. Suddenly, Karma leant about an inch away from me, I could feel his breath on my face and the heat from my cheeks were getting worse. "Just checking." He grinned deviously and I breathed. "O-oh..." I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear and continued eating my lunch.

It felt like every moment I was with Karma, he was trying to stir me up. Almost like he knew how I felt around him.

"Annabelle~" Karma stood up and smirked as I looked up to him. "Hm?" I stood up and brushed myself off. "You spaced out again." His eyebrows furrowed in slight frustration, but only for a split second before he turned back to his playful self. The bell rang for class and we walked together down to the field. It was time for P.E.

Mr Karasuma was tough on us the whole lesson. I was picked out first to fight him, which made me feel singled out to be honest. "Annabelle, try and land a strike on me." I lifted my blade slowly and took a breathe in. "O-okay." I lunged at my teacher with all my force and attempted a strike near his face.

MISS

Mr Karasuma put his hand behind my back and flipped me onto my side, landing on the ground in pain. "Ow..." I winced and dropped my blade as Mr Karasuma stood up straight. "You see this. None of you are ready to take on that thing if you don't try." I gradually brought myself up to my feet and sighed. "Well, you didn't have to- "

"Wrong!" I pouted and crossed my arms. "I have to teach you all to be professional or I am not doing my job right!" I walked back over to my peers and stood near Karma. He was comforting and made me feel better. I glanced over to Karma and nodded to Mr Karasuma. You should have a go... Karma smirked slightly and raised his hand. "Hey teach? I'd like to have a go, if you don't mind." The smirk widened into a grin as Mr Karasuma nodded and placed himself into a fighting stance. Different to the one he fought me in.

Karma waited for Mr Karasuma to make the first move, he then dodged a few attacks and rolled to the floor. He lifted himself up to his knees and lunged at our teacher. Dropping his weapon on the floor but not forgetting about the one in his opponents hand. Karma sprung himself up and pulled back. "That's it. I'm done." He shoved his right hand in his pocket and smiled devilishly back at me. "You didn't stab me, that's not a win." Karma shook his head and glanced back over to the dagger he dropped. "If I wanted to win against you, I would've used my own tactics. I can't do that because this is a lesson, not a fight." I rolled my eyes and looked over at the same dagger Karma had let go during his fight. Then the bell rang.

"That's all for today."

"Don't forget to study!" Korosensei sped up to us as students began to leave the field. I stayed, staring at the knife.  "Hey, Annabelle you wanna go grab some-"

"Sorry, can I ask you something real quick, Karma?" I turned to the red head slightly before Karma took any more steps away from me. "Shoot."

"Fight me."

"Excuse me?" Karma took a step towards me, making me burn up inside. "I said fight me!" Slightly confused, Karma brought his hand up to my chin and tilted my head back. "Why all of a sudden do you wanna fight me? It's not to impress anyone is it?" I felt my face burn up and my head start spinning. "Alright I'll fight you."

Out of all the times for me not to think straight

I took a deep breath in and got into a fighting stance. Karma took a step back and did the same. I only had to get one good hit on him so I could knock him to the ground... Then it was over...

Karma and I nodded when we were ready and I waited for him to strike first. Apparently, he had the same idea.

Both of us stood there awkwardly for a moment, before I realized I would have to make the first move. I ran up to Karma and attempted to hit him, he dodged me with flying colours and I tried again. I threw my other arm at him he grabbed it lightly and pulled it towards him and spun me around before stepping back. I huffed and ran at him with a kick and he dodged again. I couldn't tell if he was going easy on me or not.

"Well, you aren't even trying are you?" Karma stuck his tongue out playfully and looked around the field. There were almost no students left, maybe one or two just in view. Mr Karasuma wasn't around and Korosensei was in the faculty lounge. I rolled my shoulders and threw myself at Karma again and attempted another hit.

Hit after hit, I missed Karma every time. I stopped and tried to catch my breathe, Karma hadn't attempted to hit me once. "Why haven't you tried to get me yet?" I huffed in between words and gave Karma a glare. "I dunno..." Karma shrugged as I threw myself at him once more.

Karma grabbed hold of my arm and pulled me close to him. He brought his face up close and leaned close to my ear, I felt his tongue against my skin slightly before he pushed me to the ground. Shocked, I didn't get up.

"Do I win?" Karma looked at me blankly, "Ah- wha- b-but..." I shakily stood and stared in shock at the red head who just LICKED me. "What?"

"You- you just..WHAT THE HELL!?" I could feel my face burned up and hot, I was obviously flustered and Karma used that to his advantage. "I don't know what you're talking about." Karma shrugged before walking past me and lightly grabbed hold of my wrist. "B-but... You can't just..." My face was still red, I knew it.

"Are we getting food?" Karma glanced back at me and smirked, I flinched nervously and raised an eyebrow. "Oh, who would be paying for that?" Karma's eyes lit up with confidence. "Why, that would be you." I sighed dramatically, still not completely over what he had done before. "Whatever!" I stormed past the boy and took the lead down the hill.

"Wait up Annabelle!" Karma laughed from behind me and ran to catch up. "Are we going to a restaurant?" I rolled my eyes sarcastically, "Why would we be doing that?" I kept my fast pace in hope of losing the red head.

"Well, it would be like a date!"
