Once Annie and I make plans for tomorrow, she falls asleep on the phone, not wanting to hang up. I mute myself and start messing around on the guitar. I end up making a cover to "Let me down slowly" by Alec Benjamin, even though I don't know the lyrics that well
I post it on insta, and spend about 5 minutes liking and responding back to comments before I put my phone back on FaceTime, unmute myself, and go to sleep.
Annies pov
I wake up and realize that Asher and I are still on FaceTime, smiling that he didn't hang up. I see he posted on Instagram last night, so I go check it out. I leave a comment
@annieleblanc so this is what you do while I'm sleepingmy on FaceTime.
@annieleblanc I genuinely don't understand how this much talent is in one person.
Of course, my comments are noticed by a few Asher fanpages, so my phone starts ringing off the wall. I switch my ringer off and check on Asher, who is still sleeping very cutely. I flip the camera and start getting dressed for class, I wear light blue ripped jeans, and a a cropped white sweater. I brush through my hair and pull it up into a messy ponytail. I don't put on makeup, since I've been feeling pretty great in my own skin recently. By this time Asher has started to wake up, so I flip the camera towards me and smile. "Morning Angel." I say to the very sleepy boy. He smiles and yawns, causing me to laugh. "What time did you go to sleep last night? You posted that amazing cover at like 3 am." Asher starts to think and says, "um, about 3 am." I roll my eyes and laugh.
"I should probably go, my first class starts in an hour. But you're still coming to get me after right?"
"Wouldn't miss it for the world princess."
I smile at him and end the call, finishing up getting ready with a smile on my face.
SKIP TO ASHER AND ANNIE TOGETHER
Once Asher picks me up, we get Taco Bell to-go and go to his house. We go to this room that's almost like an office, with one desk but the rest of the room is empty. "This is my dads office, but I also use this room when I go live and film covers." Asher says to me after noticing the confusion on my face. "Oh okay." I say back and smile. He sits down on a couch and pulls the desk over, since it's not very heavy. "So I was thinking we could go live and sing there, and then film a video, but I want to sing something else on the live." Asher says while setting up his phone. "Okay sure that works. What song do you want to sing?"
"Shallow, it's by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper"
I nod and smile at him and look up the lyrics. I've heard the song so I don't need to practice. Asher starts the live and talks for a little, answering questions ; mostly about me, and talking to his fans. He gives me time to introduce myself, and then he tells them what we're doing. He starts singing, immediately putting me in awe with his voice.

We stop singing and look at each other, my eyes immediately locking with his. I notice how pretty his green eyes look in the office lighting. I can feel my face start to get hot, causing me to lightly laugh. We break eye contact and look back at the live. Everyone is commenting about our little moment there, and how we looked at each other. Asher starts to answer questions again, being very careful which ones he reads. Eventually he ends the live, and we film our cover. After filming, we sit on the couch in his living rooms on our phones. "Annie i need to tell you something." Asher says, looking at me with nervous eyes. "What's wrong Ash?"
"Come with me" Asher grabs my hand and pulls me outside to the porch. "Wha-" Asher cuts me off, "I can't do this anymore. I like you Annie. Like I like, like you. I'm tired of being just friends. It's boring. I want something more with you. I want to be able to kiss you and not pull away embarrassed. I want to post with you on Instagram and not have to be careful about what comments I like. I want to be your boyfriend." I look at Asher stunned. Once I realize what he just said I start blushing, using my hand to cover my face. Asher notices and pulls my hand away. He leans in and kisses me, making me blush more. When I pull away neither of us are embarrassed.
