Jungkook returned to Daegu on his bike, not exactly knowing why he was even traveling there in the first place. Was his sudden irrational choice to turn around driven by simple curiosity? Or perhaps something more like the sheer force of will as if there were an external entity driving him back toward an unknown destination. His sole motivator was to seek answers to the burning questions buried deep inside of him where they sat to fester. Waiting to burst forth from his chest. Jungkook drove as fast as he could to travel for as long as he could manage until he finally reached the city limits.

Once he was there, he had no idea where to go next. He wasn't sure where to start, or where to begin looking. He had no references to go by and no one or to call and ask. This was a mission that he was entirely alone for. There was no one left who could help him. So much time has gone by. Many seconds and minutes flew by. He felt as though they were wasted on him. And perhaps they were.

That's what they thought. Here he was, speeding back to a place he knew little to nothing about, merely coming here on a whim of his own volition. Jungkook was the only person left who possessed the ability to get something done. However, he didn't know how to start. Although, one sneaky idea did cross over into his mind a few times; or rather...another person.

An individual that might be willing to assist him in finding the whereabouts of Y/N's home address. The one thing that bothered Jungkook about this was the way that this man in question did business. Even if he is sort of a friend, he never handed anything out for free. THAT, is what frightened Jungkook the most. It was getting late. His brain never stopped reminding him of the ticking hands of Grandfather time. He was going to do his due diligence to find that residence as soon as possible. He parked in front of a store and then pulled out his phone. Scrolling through his contacts, he spotted the person on the list who truly was his last chance. He hovered above the name:

'Na Jaemin.'

He sighed softly. "Maybe he knows, maybe he doesn't." He tapped his name, then pressed the call button. He lifted the phone to his ear and waited for the kid to answer. "He better give me an answer straight away. I don't want to be pulled into another one of his games."

It rang once.

His heart began to speed up.

It rang twice.

His breathing quickened.

There was a third ring, his head filled with many thoughts. He still wasn't picking up.

"Hm. Maybe he's not going to pick up. Looks like-"

As it rang the fourth time, there was a click. Jungkook felt his breath hitch in his throat when the call was connected. His uneven breathing is comparable to a fish being ensnared in the jaws of a bear: frantic and worrisome. Jungkook's old informant, Na Jaemin, had picked up the call.

"Ah, Jungkook. Now there is a name I haven't seen or heard in forever. Quite frankly, If I'm honest honest, I'm surprised you called me. Then again, I was just thinking about you. Funny how the world wor-"
