Chapter 15

Steve's POV
It was 3am and I couldn't sleep to the fact that it's my 1st time not being partners with Nat. I went to my own SHIELD gym to get me focused on one thing.

For once, I was comfortable and I didn't care about the partnering. This time, I didn't want to break another punching bag because I just didn't want to.

"It's 3am, sir. Why are you here?" Bot said. (Short for robot)

"Because Bot, I can't sleep. Please don't interrupt me next time." I said.

"I am sorry but I cannot do that, sir." Bot said.

"You're awake." I said then turned.

"You know I can't fully sleep without you beside me." Natasha said.

"But sometimes you do." I said.

"Why are you here?" Natasha ignored the fact that I was right.

"Couldn't sleep." I said.

"Is it because of the partnering?" She asked.

Yes, it is.

"No. Just can't." I said firmly.

"Your nose twice when you lie." She stated and I looked down.

"Trust me." I said.

"We've been together for more than 15 years, you don't think I don't know when you lie? I'm a little dissapointed." She said and I avoided contact because I hate it when she's dissapointed in me.

"I'm good. Go home and rest." I said.

"Not if you join me." She said and smiled at me.

"I'll be there. You need to rest before mission day." I said and she headed for the exit.

"You know, I was gonna give something special tonight but I guess not." She said.

"Wait, wait." I said.

"Can't take back, Rogers." She said and I groaned.

Mission day

We were all at the front to say good bye to Nat and Eden/Guzmān.

"Safe travels." I said.

"You already know, man." Eden said.

"Guz, cmere." Bucky said and he left.

"I know it's only for 5 weeks but it's gonna seem like months." Natasha said.

"I know. But you'll be alright, you're Natasha Rogers. My wife." I said and gave her a kiss.

"Do you have to? Who am I gonna talk to now?" Naya groaned.

"Dad." Adrian said.

"But dad's not a girl." Naya said.

"Go with Aunty Wanda and Maria. Trust me." Natasha said.

The kids give Natasha a big hug and stay next next to her before she leaves.

Everyone was talking and chatting before we're gonna be bored again.

*phone rings*

"Who is it?" Tony asked.

"Mine. I got it." Natasha said and answered the call.

I studied the way she was acting on the call and it ain't normal buy I knew what it was. Then, she walks back with her brows normally furrowed.

"Who was that?" Sam asked.

"Um, my assistant." She said.

"Then why do you look like it's bad news." I said.

"Not bad news, just confusing. Guz, we're having kids coming with us on the mission." She said.

"What?" Eden said.

"Hi." A little girl said.

"Hi. What's your name?" Nat said as she kneeled down to her.

"Talia. Short for Natalia." Talia said.

"I like you already." Nat said.

"Of course you would, she was named after you." A young boy said.

"These kids are driving me crazy from appearing out of nowhere." Sam said and I let out a little laugh.

"Who are you?" Wanda asked.

"The name is Jake." He said.

"That's my middle name." Ethan said.

"Yeah, I was named after your middle name." He said.

"Is it just you two?" Eden asked.

"2 more." Talia said.

"Hi, my name is Aliana." She said dropping into Natasha's arms.

"That's what I wanted to to name my daughter but her daddy didn't like it." Natasha said.

"Seriously dad?" Naya said.

"You're my daughter, it doesn't fit a Rogers type." I said.

"Where's the last one?" Maria said.

"Here. Isaac is the name." He said.

"Do you guys have powers?" Isaiah asked.

"Yes, I can teleported like Ethan which is kinda why I have his middle name. It's partially the same because I can teleported to the past and future. Ethan teleports to wherever he wants." Jake said.

"So, Ethan's powers but better." Naya said.

"Hey." Ethan said

"Couldn't help it." She said.

"I'm like minature Superman but I don't have a weakness." Isaac said.

"I can make a duplicate of myself." Talia said.

"I can tell the future and be invisible." Aliana said.

"Age and code names." Eden said while putting bags into the trunk.

"5, Ethan." Jake said.

"5, Anaya." Talia said.

"3, Adrian." Isaac said.

"I don't have 4 kids." Natasha said telling the youngling in her arms.

"Well, you don't know if he or she is with you right now. I'm 3 and mine is just Aliana." She said.

Natasha had her eyes straight at me when Aliana said about IF Nat could be pregnant now.

"Kids, head to HQ." Fury said.

"Ok." They said.

Jake held Aliana in his small skinny but pure arms. Talia was carried on Isaac's back.

"Go." Fury said and they left.

"You two. One has to be on ground, other is up." He said.

"Up." Natasha called.

"Why? So you can get a better view?" Eden argued.

"Bcuz you don't know how to fly one, stupid." Nat said and I smiled at her rebuttal.

"Fine." He said and walked to the car while the plane landed.

"She gets The Fury?!" We said.

"It's a dangerous mission, she needs all the best." He said.

Natasha hummed and smiled her way to the plane.

"Race you!" Eden shouted.

"I'm gonna win anyways." Nat said.

"How are you so sure?" Bucky said.

"There's no traffic up there." She said.

"I swear, I one day. Just one damn day." Eden said and they started to leave.
