"Greya? Greya!" I run up the hill as best I can. It's steep though and I slip a lot.
The elf appears at the door of the cave that she's currently presiding in. She looks regal standing at the door, her long dark hair blowing in the wind, her cape blowing with it.
"Hello, Opal," she says. "You've finally decided to trust me, I see,"
"No, I'm not....well, the thing is, I just wanted to tell you that even though you did that message thing with Ruby, the town doesn't trust you. They think that Ruby has been hypnotized by you!"
Greya cocks her eyebrows. "Interesting. I was hoping that that wouldn't happen, but it is always a possibility,"
"So, can you stop them? I really don't want them....doing anything to my sister," I say, wringing my hands.
"Your schoolmaster is smart. He'll figure out pretty quickly that Ruby isn't under any spell. And I trust him enough to make the right choice on how to approach this attack. You'll be fine,"
"But...." I say. I had really thought that Greya would give me more info on this.
"Oh, and Opal? When you see Ruby again, tell her to meet me in this cave as soon as she can. I have an important mission for her. It's very important. Tell her immediately,"
"Yes, ma'am," I say glumly as I start back towards the school. That discussion hadn't gone how I expected.
