Everyone has a past, Tony Stark knows that more than most. He had found it hard to be taken seriously and escape his image of being a playboy. It had taken a few years but he had finally done it. He thought he had fixed all of the problems he had once caused.
Tony wasn't aware he had gotten a girl pregnant back in his 'adventurous' days, nor did she know that the woman had been married at the time of sleeping with her. Mary Parker had bore the child, lying to her husband that it was his, and named the little boy Peter.
She knew it was wrong not to tell Tony but she just didn't want to face her mistake any more than she had to every time she looked at her son.
Peter never knew the truth until he was fourteen. At the time his parents had passed away and his Aunt May had been the one to tell him about his real dad. The only reason he had been told then was because he was old enough not to tell everybody and May had been told by Mary she wanted him to know at some point.
A few months after he was told he was bitten by the radioactive spider, gaining super powers and becoming Spider-Man. He was burdened with even more responsibilities and yet, despite his young age, he never complained. Somehow he always found a way to make the best of things.
He always saw his dad pop up in the news every so often, the media criticizing his business and later on how he saved the city, and he had to pretend to be no less concerned about his safety than everyone else. It didn't matter if he had never met Stark, he didn't want to lose his biological dad. He'd lost enough people in his life.
It wasn't until he was sixteen that he met Stark and it didn't exactly go as he had planned it to.

Spider-Man was on his usual patrol, swinging through the city, when an explosion went off not too far from him in an apartment block. If he had waited a few second to take in the scene he might of spotted the Avengers fighting a few alien weapon dealers he had fought in the past but he just threw himself towards the building.
Stark saw a flash of red and blue head towards the flats, distracting him. He looked up to see Spider-Man helping the few citizens that lived in the apartments that were trapped and didn't give it a second thought. He had seen him in the news and knew they were on the same side.
When everyone was a safe distance away and those injured were being treated by paramedics, Peter raced off to join the fight. He quickly webbed some of the dealers where they stood as he vaulted over them and when he landed he headed towards who he knew was the most dangerous of the bunch.
He waited for a punch to fly towards his face, one so predictable he would of seen it coming a mile away without his spidey-senses, and ducked out of the way with ease. He swiftly moved behind the dealer, kicked the back of his knees and chuckled at how easily the man fell.
Before Peter went to lend a hand to the others he punched the mans head, only hard enough to knock him out, sticking to his no-killing rule. He'd rather die than allow someone else to.
The rest of the fight seemed to go fine, that was until Peter was shot in the shoulder out of nowhere. He was too busy dodging another attack and felt it was better to avoid a knife aimed at his heart than a shot to the shoulder.
The shock took over his body and it didn't help he was getting flashbacks of the night Ben had been killed. He inhaled sharply yet didn't stop fighting. Peter just used his left arm to attack the dealers and it wasn't until all the weapon dealers were unconscious that he dared move his hand to touch the wound.
His hand retracted after a sharp sting, coming back drenched in blood that, when it dripped from his fingers, stained the pavement crimson. He felt bad, some poor street cleaner was going have to clean that up.
"Hey, Spider-Man thanks- oh shit!" He heard the panic in Tony's voice as the man emerged from his suit towards the masked hero.
"Don't worry, it's only a bullet wound." Peter mumbled quietly, the shock starting to kick in. His knees buckled and before he could fall to the ground two arms held him up.

When Tony carried the surprisingly light Spider into the medical bay, blood staining his clothes and dripping on the floor, Bruce immediately got into action. He ordered for him to gently lower the injured hero onto a hospital bed and for the next hour or two he worked on extracting the bullet and stitching the wound up.
They had to take Spider-Mans mask off and once they got over his youthful face they asked JARVIS to identify him. The AI was also given a small sample of blood to find the kids family so they could alert them about where the kid was.
JARVIS recognized a 50% DNA match from his own personal database. I mean, why wouldn't he have the blood sample of his creator?

"Sir?" JARVIS called down to Stark who perked up, finally moving his eyes from the face of Spider-Man (he was sure there was something familiar about it) "Spider-Man DNA results have been verified."
"Pull them up on the screen." Tony nudged Bruce's side with his elbow to get his attention and a split second later the profile of Peter Parker appeared. The kids name or age wasn't what caught their attention, however, it was the bold text from JARVIS stating Tony Stark was the boys biological dad, despite what was stated in his birth certificate.
"Holy shit, that's my kid. I thought I recognized something about him, he looks so much like his mum." Tony's eyes widened in surprise and Bruce's jaw fell in shock.
"Tony?"
"Yeah?"
"Pepper's going to kill you."
"Yep."

Now here's a threat to some people I know and that follow this account, whom I am no longer friends with because of the groups shifty/illegal behavior. If that's not you you don't need to read this but if you're bored then oh well, I don't mind.
If you try to use this account against me I will delete it and move all works (which has been backed up) to my other account. You won't be able to find it easily as it has no links to this one and doesn't even follow it.
Try and tease me for it and i'll hurt you. Leave me alone and stop glaring at me, you're the ones who've been lying for years. I am trying to move on with my life and you following me and spreading rumors about my real friends is only making me hate you more.
I will not share the names of your accounts, I don't want any hate sent your way and you, if you read these, should know who you are. Only one of you I have an actual problem with, the other is cool and I wish wasn't involved with those type of people.
That's it, I have nothing else to say to you.
Sorry for making this A/N aggressive but I've actually lost sleep over the chance of having to give this all up then start again from scratch. I can vent my emotions through this and has been therapeutic for some past events. It helps me control my stress and avoid another break down.
You can probably guess I wont take it being taken away from me lightly.
See you all in the next one, thank you for all of the reads and votes.
