Louise, A girl who can see spirits, sits on a couch in the party. She's spoken to all the spirits that's had a story to tell in the party, which made her look like a maniac since no one else can see them, but their stories were more entertaining than anything at the party.
She sighs, looking around the room. Suddenly, a boy with a hot pink hue jumps over the back of the couch, landing on the soft cushions. The couch doesn't react at all, since the boy is a spirit. Louise slowly turns her head to the spunky kid, who looked around her age.

"Hey," The boy grins, his messy dirty blonde hair falling in front of his brown eye as he stretches with his arm around Louise's neck.

"Hey Hey," Louise smiles, tilting her head. She loved to chat with spirits; figure them out, see what they like and don't like, see how they work. It all interested her more than her actual life did, "Tell me you're weakness," She says bluntly, not worrying about his reaction.

The boy picks at his teeth, "Nah, I'll keep it a secret,"

"Oh come on just one bite," She smiles, watching the boy's brown eyes wonder around the room. She likes how he's extroverted, extremely out there. She liked how he had a bad boy edge around him, while still being the class clown.

He grins wider, "Aight, It's vodka on ice...But then there's women on bikes,"

"Oh?"

"Or just the women who straddle~" He says, his eyes
looking Louise up and down.

She turns red, "Gosh, You're a handful,"

"I forgot about handfuls.." He mumbles, making a squeezing motion with his hands.

Louise laughs, allowing the spirit to pull her closer. She didn't realize she could physically touch spirits until now, since she didn't bother to try. She's pleased with the chill the spirit's 'body' brought her.

Louise's laughter dies down, "Tell me your fears,"

"Alright, It's everyone here," He sighs, crossing his ankle over his knee.

Louise tilts her head in confusion, "You mean just..all of them?"

"Yeah, And all of their peers, and all of their pets and...their chandeliers...and their cigarettes- I haven't smoked in years!" He smiles again, making a motion with his free hand. She noticed his nails were black, not painted, but naturally. He wore shiny bracelets around his wrist, which jingled slightly when he moved them.

Louise leans her back on his shoulder, allowing him to adjust his arm so it was loosely around her neck again as she sighs, "I don't like them. I don't like taste, or the sound, or the smell of them all. It's a lot. I'd rather be in space," She mumbles the last part, but that's what caught the spirit's attention.

"Well it's a beautiful place, I don't blame you," He laughs slightly, his finger slightly tracing circles on her shoulder.

Louise doesn't mind it, "Oh? Have you been there?" She asks, meaning it more as a joke, and she's beyond shocked when the spirit nods, "but isn't it really cold?"

"Sure, For the living, But for the planets, and the stars, and...everything else, and mars? It's like paradise," He sighs softly, watching as Louise nods.

"I wish I could go. It sounds quiet, and peaceful. The perfect place to go with a good book," She softly took the spirit's hand that was around her neck, gently playing with the bracelets on his wrist.

The spirit shrugs, "Debatable. I'm not sure if your book would even...stay together," He hums in thought, tapping his chin gently.

"Would I have to die to get to see it?" Louise asks, admiring one fancy looking silver bracelet.

The spirit shrugs, "Well, everyone's fucked anyway, so don't worry about it now. When you do die, though, I'll be the one to escort you to space," The spirit jokes, smirking and chuckling slightly.

"That'd be cool. Don't forget about me, then," Louise declares, looking at the spirit's nails.

He laughs, "I'll just stick by you. Stay with you until your end, and then stay with you some more,"

Louise suddenly nods in realization, "How are you gonna stick by me if you don't know my name?" She asks, watching the spirit shrug.

"Well What is your name?" He asks, allowing Louise to entwine her hand with his.
"Louise. You are?" She asks, their arms dropping by her side.
The spirit lolls his head to the side, "Well, When a spirit dies, we forget everything about our past life. So, in short, Dunno," He concludes.

Louise hums, "I'll call you Spunk, then. Since you're spunky,"

Spunk grins, "Awe, Well aren't you a saint? Giving me a new name, I feel like I'm a new person," He laughs, pulling Louise into his lap as he ruffles her hair playfully.

Louise laughs, trying not to attract the attention of the normal party-goers. It would be weird for them to see a girl laughing cheerfully as she sits alone on a couch, holding onto nothing. Though, she shakes off the thought as she holds onto Spunk's arms, that were wrapped around her waist. She already felt like she knew him personally, and they were life long friends, even though she literally just met him.

Spunk's laughter dies down, "Oof, Since we're totally best friends now, You'll have to deal with my crazies," Spunk lays his head on Louise's shoulder.

"Oh really?! You have the crazies too? Yep, We're soulmates," Louise jokes, and Spunk smiles.

"Already planning the wedding,"

"Currently buying the house,"

"What are we naming our daughter?"

"It's totally a cat so we're naming her Purrfection," Spunk laughs as Louise gasps,

"Oh my- You thought of that too- I'm dead," Louise laughs, fake fainting.
Spunk's loud laughter fills the room, and Louise joins in. She ignores the curious eyes in the room as she giggles and snickers with her newly best friend.
