We grabbed the food from McDonalds and ate it in Noah's care, I felt more than uncomfortable in the situation but food paid for by a fit boy was not something I was about to refuse.

'So' he started, swallowing his food 'what do you do?'

'I'm at university studying criminology' I replied, gathering up all of the rubbish from the food.

'Interesting' Noah replied, confusion forming on his face with every second 'what's that?'

I chuckled as the response and explained what criminology was and its fair to say it left him slightly speechless. We sat in silence for a few moments, it wasn't awkward, it was kind of nice.

'Well I'll drop you home, don't want you to be too tired in the morning' Noah winked as he finished his sentence and began the engine of his jeep.

***later on***

I tossed and turned in bed all night, I couldn't seem to get comfy and as soon as I did get comfortable, mother nature decided she didn't like that position and forced my body upright in excruciating pain. In the end I gave up on sleeping, grabbing an oversized hoodie and slipping on some leggings I wondered out of my room and down the hall. I decided to go for a walk, just don't the street and back.

The cold hair smashed into my face as I opened the front door from my accommodation block. Slowly closing the door behind me I began to walk down the street, the light were shining and the sky seemed to peaceful, there wasn't a soul in sight.  I wipped out my phone and snapped a photo of the view laying itself out in front of me.

I shoved my phone into my pocket and headed further down the street, taking in the fresh air and the temperature that somehow eased the pains within my lower stomach.

Eventually I came to the 'cosy coffee' the only coffee shop that I knew, for a fact, would be open at this time of night. I opened the door and the bell rang as I entered I looked around, there was only one tabled occupied by a boy with his back turned. I sat down on a table near the window and ordered my hot chocolate when the waitress came over. I drank the drink and slouched down in my seat, waiting for a reason to stop me from going home and then as if on cue....

'What you doin here?' A familiar voice asked from behind me I turned to face the voice and placed Noah's face to the deep voice. 'Its late, can't sleep or something?' He asked, I nodded in response and rubbed my eyes, I guess I was kind of tired.

'You want me to take you home?' He asked and I sighed, what was it about this boy who didn't even know my name yet made me feel so safe and so protected whenever he was around.

'Sure, and I'm Megan by the way' I added but I wasn't entirely sure by this point given my tired state why I was even still in the shop. I stood up but my legs felt like jello...and that's all I remember.

***the next morning***

I stretched my limbs out and felt the soft blankets around my body, I was still in my clothes. For a split second I was confused and then a reality bomb hit me straight in the face....I wasn't at home, nor was I in my bed and this was not an okay position to find myself in.

Standing up, I grabbed my hoodie from the floor and walked out of the room I was in, this house was like a maze and I was honestly ready for a murderer to come out at any minute and stab me to death. I could smell pancakes and I could hear gentle humming, I found the stairs and ascended down them before coming face to face with a shirtless and very muscley Noah.

'Morning' he greeted me as he span round from the hob, with a big cheesy grin.

I smiled in return and sat down at the breakfast bar 'I'm sorry, why am I here?' I asked, rather bluntly.

'You kinda fainted or passed out last night when I went to take you home and then I didn't want to leave you on your own, you said something about David coming for you?' He responded and my stomach dropped at the name.

'So who's David?' He followed, I felt sick to my stomach and my head began to feel all too heavy on my shoulders, I grabbed ahold of the table to balance myself, but it was too late, gravity had other ideas and pulled me to the ground.

I woke up on the sofa, the TV was playing something I didn't care about and I felt a presence next to me, I sat up warily and rubbed my eyes, I was still at Noah's house.

'You gotta stop passing out on me' he joked 'people will get auspicious Meg' he chuckled, I smiled and sat up further on the sofa.

'What's going on Megan?' He asked, turning the TV off and turning his full attention to me. I knew what he was talking about and he knew I know too so there was no point in saying I didn't know, plus my therapist said it might help to have someone understand my fucked up life.

'Davids....my dad' I started, once again, the name making me feel sick to my stomach 'he raped me'
