TONY ANTHONY, ALONG WITH A THIRD OF THE CLASS WAS GONE.
DEAD.
When Alexandra came back to the meeting spot, she only saw eight students. Brett was among them. His face was scrunched together. As collected as she can possibly be, Alexandra walked forward into the small circle of students. Her hands clutched tightly to the herb basket Leon has given to her. Immediately, Felix cast a suspicious eye on the basket. "So,.." Felix begun. "I assume that you have collected all the herbs on the list?" Alexandra doesn't respond. "Brett, take a look." Brett nods and strutted toward Alexandra. It seemed like any occasion where she would potentially get in trouble made him excited.

"Hand it over." When Alexandra didn't budge, he stuck out his hand to grab it, but Alexandra moved away just in time. As a result, Brett fell onto the ground, face down. Brett turned his head and glared at her. "WHAT the hell? I'm just following orders." Alexandra marched past him and walked toward Felix. When she stood in front of him, she handed him her basket, which was half empty, but nonetheless contained all three herbs. Felix inserted his finger into the basket and flicked it a few times.

"I have everything."
"I could tell." Felix paused. "Where did you get the catnip from?" Alexandra froze. She didn't let any of her fear show. Not in public.

"In the forbidden forest. When I was helping Tony Anthony fight off the antelope."
"And where is he now?" Brett inserted. Felix threw him a warning glare.
"How would I know? We parted ways after we fought off the antelope. He left this on the ground, the catnips." Felix raised an eyebrow, apparently, her explanation did not satisfy him.

"There's no catnip in this forest."

Alexandra gives him a long hard stare. Should she just spill it? But something, a tiny voice in the back of her mind told her, don't say it. Why was Leon Lucifer here in the first place? Was it a mere coincidence? She rather believe so. Alexandra gulped. "I swear. I swear to god that I found this on the spot Tony Anthony left it. He ran away in a hurry. Must've forgotten."

"Why did he run away? How did he obtain it?" But at that point, she knew Felix had half believed her. He was a devoted catholic. But she wasn't.

"He was cornered by a antelope, he was scared out of his mind. How would he even care about the catnips? I helped him fought off the antelope, but he ran away while I fought it." Felix didn't respond. He just gave Alexandra one last look before he ordered,

"We're going back."

BACK.

Alexandra looked through the stained glass of the cathedral. Class had ended early when Alexandra learned that this was a way to eliminate more students. She was only glad July didn't join her. At least Literature was a infinity times more peaceful than this. She wondered, what they did. She hoped July survived till the end. Felix had purposely hid them the fact that there was in fact no catnip in the forest. He was just testing to see what people would do. Then, of course, Alexandra turned up with some catnip. She knew, somehow, Felix was still skeptical. But still, she wasn't going to expose Leon Lucifer. She didn't want to make the situation messier than it already was. Who the hell is he? Alexandra remembered her promise in front of Felix. Will god punish her? She wasn't religious, but still.

"Hello Dear. It's nice to see you again." She half expected to see a priest, attempting to come salivate her. But she did not expect to see Leon Lucifer again. What luck. Alexandra was a little surprised. But more, she was curious.

"Do you stalk people all day, or you're a ghost?" Leon chuckled as he strolled over in his wheelchair, his perfect teeth looked so nice, it didn't seem real.

"Ms. Gallagher, truly, I don't, and I'm not."
"Hmm, really?" Alexandra was more than skeptical.
"Well, I did intentionally wait for you in the forest."
"And gave me the herbs that almost got me in trouble." Alexandra finished.

"Well... did he believed your explanation?"
"Sort of."
"He wouldn't. But he might as well." Alexandra frowns. Leon continued, "he needs you to ally with him." Alexandra listens. "To obtain the power he wants."

"And... what do you want?" Alexandra asked. Leon smiles.
"Nothing Ms. Gallagher. Nothing at all."
