"Fatass!"

Author's POV
(TRIGGER WARNING: Eating disorder!)

The other countries just watched as America and Russia argue, the two have been at each other necks for years. They mostly argue over stupid and petty things then end it with glaring at each other for one more time then go their separate ways, but this time Russia said something that America will never forget. After they were done arguing America was about to storm out of the door until Russia had one last thing to say, "Fatass!" Russia yelled making the whole room go silent. America turned around with a surprise face at first, then tears slowly started to form in his eyes.

He quickly put on his shades to hide his tears and ran out of the door, leaving everyone silent even Russia when he realized what he just said. "Russia, What the hell?" Canada who's America's brother spoke up, "W-what?" Russia stuttered sweating a little. Canada glared at him, "You should know by now that America is very self conscious about his weight!" Canada practically yelled while the other countries agreed with him. "I'm sorry okay!? I just-" Russia tried to explain but gotten cut off, "Why are you apologizing to me? Go and apologize to my brother!" Canada said pointing to the door where America ran out. Russia didn't have anything else to say so he listen and ran out looking for America.

Cut to America
(Still author's POV)

America was at his and Canada's house constantly throwing up in the toilet, after he was done he looked in the mirror. Still fat... America thought looking at his curves in the mirror in shame, he was about to go throw up more until he heard knocking at his door. Grumbling he wiped his mouth and drag his self to the door, he opened expecting to see Canada but instead it was Russia. He was about to slam the door, until Russia put his foot in the door crack to prevent it from closing. He successfully opened the door, America sighed in annoyance.

"What do you want? Still have more shit to say?" America snapped glaring at the taller country, "No I came here to apologize-" Russia tried to explain but gotten cut off again. "Apology accepted, now bye." America said pushing Russia to the out the door, "Wait!" Russia said putting his hands on each side of the door space preventing America from pushing him out. America gave up, "What?" He sighed. "You don't look good Amerika,are you okay?" Russia pointed out, America was quiet for a moment.

"I'm fine!" America exclaimed with a fake smile, "Are you sure- wait, what's  that stain on your shirt?" Russia questioned pointing at the stain on America's shirt. America panicked when he realized that the stain was his vomit, "O-oh, it was a stain I accidentally made when I was cooking myself dinner!" America said lying straight through his teeth. Russia gave him suspicious look, "Ok, but why does it smell like vomit?" Russia said making America more anxious.

"Well uh-" America tried to make another excuse until Russia rushed inside the house and ran in to the bathroom, he open the toilet to see what was indeed vomit. America tried to make a run for it out of the door until Russia grabbed his wrist and pulled the smaller country in front of him, "You're starving yourself aren't you!?" Russia yelled frightening America since Russia is usually chill. "Y-yes, but-" America tried to explain but then was the one that got cut off, "No buts or excuses! Do you know that shit can kill you!?" Russia yelled shaking America a little. "It was the fastest way to get rid of fat!" America argued, "You're not fat!" Russia yelled making Amerca quiet.

"B-but you said-" America tried speak but was cut off again, "I was being a dumbass okay!?" Russia then sighed. "I just didn't know it was this bad..." Russia said avoiding eye contact with America, "No, it's ok. I should've-" America tried to say but was cUt oFf when Russia pulled him into a hug. "Sorry, but just don't ever do this again..." Russia muttered in burying his in to America's neck, America smiled.
"Never thought you'll be a hugger."
"Shut up."
