I see books on here, and even books at the library with little grammatical errors in them all the time!
Personally, I revise as often as possible, but I'm an obsessive perfectionist. You may prefer to write it, revise it once and off it goes. That works, too!
Another tip for revision is to put it in a different font and read through it a few days after you write it. This will allow you to read through it with a fresher mind, and not remember as much.
Finally, don't revise when you're tired, drunk, or high. This will not go well, trust me.
