Not like you didn't know
Every time I try to tell you
You just seem to shrug it off
Sweep it under and walk away from me.
I see you every time,
I think or close my eyes
You're breathing in front of me
The only person that I'll ever be and
I know,
you don't care if I go today
but staying away is just a dream
that I thought of a year ago it seems
only the vision now cleared
these stripes won't be the death of me
the lies won't tell you what I see
you'll never ever hear or
think of it again

PoetryA collection of bad poems (again.) "you can't be that desperate" is a collection of my older poems. My newer ones will go on here.
