Skylanders Academy: Spyro Path

Kiyomi's attack on Skylands

Up above in the sky was an enormance dragon. Much bigger and vast than tiny Spyro. It had crystal blue scales and it flew over Skylands before breathing out ice breath and ice spears out upon the land the skylands calls home.

"K-Kiyomi, no!!" Cries Gill Grunt, unable to believe the girl he befriended and graduated from Skylands academy in order to protect their home, would come to attack it. "Boom..." Boomer boomed quite sadly. "What is she doing?!" Shouts Zap in anger.

"She...she can't be herself. We...we have to stop her!" Spyro announces to his hopeless friends who were at a loss for what to do next. If nobody would stand up and think of a way to act, then Spyro would. He afterall does have the trait of a leader. Many however, would argue with that because of his immature and sarcastic personality. But when it comes down to it, when his friends and when his home is in danger, he becomes serious and knows what must be done.

"But...how could we do? Weir puny insect compared to her! I mean, look at her!" Shrieks out Zap. The group turns their attention back to Skylands to see Kiyomi hovered over it, flying around it while attacking it with her ice powers.

"Look...I know how big and terrifying she looks right now. But you forget, she is our friend! Her true friends! Maybe her fake friend many years ago turned on her, but we have never. She probably attacked because she felt she lost everything and everyone who meant everything to her. All we need to do is to talk some sense into her. She can't be herself right now. Weir her friends, and I'm sure she will hear us out. It's not like Kiyomi to not listen to her friends. It's better than just watching! I won't let her destroy Skylands, because I know she'll regret it! You can follow or you can stay. But me...I'm going to help her!"

With that, Spyro jumps off the cliff before them to fly out into the sky heading towards Skylands and to catch up to Kiyomi to knock some sense into her. "Since when did we ever abandon a friend to a mission alone? Kiyomi is our friend too-- let's go save her and Skylands!" Gill Grunt speaks up. The others nods before coming with.

Spyro flew the skys past the winds and he eventually made it besides Kiyomi who was currently still attacking Skylands. Homes were destroyed and set frozen, including the grassy fields. Skylands was becoming a wintry iceland. Snowflakes even began to flutter down onto the land. It was as if Kiyomi was winter itself.

"K-Kiyomi! Stop it! This isn't you!" Cries out Spyro. But she ignores and continues to attack and roar in a rage. "Kiyomi...all you went through...all you trained for back at the academy...was it all for nothing?! Was it all just to turn on us?! I welcomed you here. I gave you shelter and food. Please...stop this! Don't return our kindness in this kind of way! I know what happened. I know about your past. And I'm very sorry. You shouldn't have been betrayed like that. But...aren't you still able to see it? The good in this land? The good in every one of us? We aren't like your fake friend thousands of years ago! Weir better. We would never hurt you. Even now, weir here for you. So please...stop this!"

Suddenly Kiyomi lets out an enormance roar and her long tail was about to slap Spyro away, but luckily he dogged. And suddenly there was a burst of light coming out of nowhere. Kiyomi had turned smaller, back to her original size. She had fallen uncautious and began to fall from the sky.

Spyro snaps out of his state of shock watching her turn back to normal, and he swoops down as fast as he possibly could and catches her. She lands on his back and he flies down back to Master Eon. His friends originally came up with the resolve to help out, but then they remembered how they can't fly like Spyro is able to.

Peace was restored, Kiyomi appeared to be back to normal, and now Skylands was an icey destroyed paraids. Just perfect...Eon sends out all the fire type Skylanders that Skylands has in both the Academy and graduated to melt the ice without burning the place ablaze. Water type skylanders including Gill Grunt helped out in case anything did burn on fire.

Kiyomi was placed at the house she shared with Gill Grunt, Zap, and Boomer and she was in her room resting. Zap, Boomer, Spyro, Stealth Elf, Eruptor, Jet-Vac, and Master Eon sat at the kitchen table in the main room in silence, waiting for the moment when Kiyomi would wake up and walk down.
