Chapter 2: Too Predictable

 I wake up not to an alarm clock but to someone bombarding me with texts. Great. 

I unlock my phone, its 8:30 and the group chat is already buzzing. Its Kaley and Judi. They're talking about the concert. That's when I remembered what happened last night. I actually bumped into Tobias. A massive blush appears across my face. I shake it off. Since I opened the chat I might as well join along. 

Judi: GUYSSSSS, I'M SO READY FOR THE CONCERT TOMORROW NIGHT!

Kaley: Yassss, so am I~ I'm ready to mess with Alina!

Judi: PSHHHH, SHE'LL BE FINE AS LONG AS WERE IN FRONT.

Kaley: Uh huh~ She'll have a fit if were not. I guess that means were gunna be in line early. 

Alina: Damn right we are, for the price of those tickets I'm going to be up close!

Kaley: Hehe, nice of you to join us Alinaaaa~

Alina: Oh hush, I'm only here because if I ignore you guys for too long I'll have to throw my phone.

Judi: SO WHAT TIME WILL WE BE IN LINE AND WHERE ARE WE MEETING AT???

Alina: I guess I can pick you guys up around 3 ish since the doors open at 6??

Kaley: Sounds good to me~

Judi: I'M ALRIGHT WITH THAT.

Alina: Kaley is only alright with it because it's 2-3 hours of killing us.

Kaley: Awh~ You know me so well!

Judi: I GOTTA GO GUYS, BYEEE

Kaley: Bye bye~

Alina: Goodbye.

I close my phone and rub my face, yikes today is gunna be a long one. 

Just as I'm about to leave my room my phone goes off. Its Kaley, of course. I answer my phone and answer her.

"Hello Alinaaa." She answers in a happy voice. I giggle and answer her back, "Heyo twat." "I wanna hang out today!" She says, I huff "Fine but don't be too crazy, come to my house then we can go wherever." "Oooo I wanna go to the coffee place." she says. "Why? So we get kicked out from your hyper activity?" I question her. She just laughs and states she'll be at my house soon. 

As soon as she hangs up I get dressed in black skinny jeans, red beat up Converses, and a Candlemass T-shirt. I put winged eyeliner on and mess with my hair a bit to make it look less flat. Yikes, I need to dye my hair again. On my way out of my room I grab my Ghost jacket and phone.

When I enter the kitchen I see my mom working on her computer. She looks up and smiles at me, "Whatcha' up to today sweetie?" she asks me. "Just gunna hang out with Kaley, she'll probably get me kicked out of the coffee shop cause that's where she wants to go." My mom laughs, "Alright, try not to get kicked out of everywhere." I smirk, "There's no promises when its Kaley." We both start laughing but it gets interrupted by our cat meowing. He's probably wondering what the hell's going on.       

I pat Salem on the head and he purrs in response. My mom gets up and pours him some food in his dish. He runs to the bowl and I chuckle. "Fat bastard." I mumble with a smile on my face. "That he is." My mom says in response.  

There's a knock at the door that pulls me from my thoughts. I sigh with the knowledge of who it is. When I answer, a toothy grinned twat awaits. She usually invites herself in but the door was locked. "Hellooo, can we go now?" she says, "I need my mornings energy." she sighs and put her hand to her forehead dramatically, imitating  what I could only believe was me.

"Yeah, what ever." I say, "Bye mom, I should be back before dark. If not just give a call!" I hear her yell goodbye as I close the door and run off with Kaley. 

As we walk down the street on our way to town all Kaley does is complain about how we're walking when I have a car. "Awh boohoo Kaley." She dramatically sighs, "Ugh, I'm suffering!" I roll my eyes as we turn the corner and enter the street with the coffee shop. I open the door and say "Here you go your highness." She laughs loudly at this and I just look at her with an angry look. 

I order my usual and Kaley orders a triple chocolate shake. Wonderful, shes going to be bouncing off the walls. We go and sit at my favorite spot, there's not a lot of people in here today. Probably because its a Sunday. I hear the doorbell ring and ignore it while listening to Kaley complain about how hard her mom is making her work. When I hear the person ordering I look over at them and squint my eyes. That voice again. No it can't be. 

As he grabs his coffee he looks over at me, smiles and starts walking towards us. Kaley looks up at me then too the guy coming up to us. "Welllll hello again!" He says in a light happy tone. I'm slightly blushing as Kaley smirks at me. "Oh, hey." I smile up at him. "I had a feeling I'd be seeing you again, I didn't catch your name last time." He says with a slight pout look. 

I'm blushing like crazy now. "Ah, uh my names Alina." After taking a sip of his coffee he smiles, "Alina huh, I like that name." He says, "I assume you already know who I am?" He smirks while looking down at the Ghost jacket I'm clutching at. I shake my head as a yes in response. Kaley is laughing now, "Care to tell me who he is?" I roll my eyes as I forgot Kaley had no idea who he is, the only reason shes coming to the concert with me and Judi is just to fluster us up. 

"Kaley, this is Tobias. The lead singer of Ghost. For Satan's sake, you didn't even think to look him up when I told you I bought that damn ticket for you?" I say in a half angry half laughing tone. I hear Tobias chuckle, "Ah, you guys are hilarious." He states. "Yeah, you should see all the merch she has!" Kaley exclaims. "H-HUSH!", I half yell and half whisper. I hear Tobias and Kaley laughing at my embarrassment. 

Great just great I think to myself, I cross my arms and grumble. He smirks at me, "Well it was nice seeing you again and not bumping into you this time." He chuckles while still looking at me. I look up and my blue eyes meet his green ones. I feel my face heat up even more. He has a thinking look on his face as he looks deep into my eyes. After what seemed forever he smiles down at me, "Well, I've gotta meet up with the Ghouls for practice." He states, "I look forward to seeing you at the show." He smirks as he slides a piece of paper to me. He waves me goodbye and I do the same then stuff the paper in my pocket. 

Kaley is looking at me with a giant smirk on her face, "What are you looking at you twat!" I playfully slap her hand. She snickers, "Oh nothingggg." 

Ugh she's going to be the death of me. 

Authors Note: I decided to make the next chapter because why not. I start my job this weekend so I guess I should pump my ideas outta my head before I'm dead every weekend.
