Chapter 22: Party Prepping

It's a day before my party now and we're prepping for it. Kaley, my mom, and I to be exact.
Tobias was busy furniture shopping today or else he would be here. Oh well.
My mom's making dip and salsa for the chips while Kaley is setting up the pinata while laughing at it. Cause, ya know, it's an arse.
I on the other hand I'm getting the bag of games out of my room. Kaley stops putting the candy into the pinata when she sees me pull out penis ring toss.
"Oh boy, that's gunna be fun!" She says.
I chuckle, "Hell yeah, I even got Cards Against Humanity!"
She laughs while continuing to fill the arse with candy.
My mom comes to me and hugs me, "Gosh, I can't believe it, your making me feel old kid." She says while ruffling my hair.
"Oh yeah," She continues, "Your cousins are already in town, they booked a hotel over in eastside."
"Good!" I say, "I'm glad they can always make it."
"Me too kiddo, me too."
She returns to what she was going and I go back to taking the games out.
"Oh yeah, I got mini vadkas for the pinata." I say to Kaley while wiggling my eyebrows.
"Oh dear, I remember last year with the bigger bottles, you made a good move with the small ones." She says while shaking her head.

As the day goes on we all talk about past birthdays and how much they've changed and gotten wilder. It feels good to talk about the past so lightly, even at the mention of after party hangovers. I gotta say, last year's was my worst hangover yet. I don't drink that much, I usually only drink for parties and such. But anyways when I drink I've got a sense of myself but I'm fucking crazy. Kaley's fucking crazy too when she drinks. Don't even get my started on my cousins and aunt.

Speaking of so, they've decided to stop by. Wonderful.
Kaley and I are in my room when I hear my aunt yell, "Alright, where's the birthday girl?"
Wonderful.
Me and Kaley leave my room, leaving Anubis so he doesn't try anything with my cousins.
"Heyo." I say to my aunt who proceeds to pull me into a big hug.
Shes a tall women with dark brown hair and many freckles like my mom. Except my mom's short with dyed black hair.
My cousins, Blain and Alex are laughing, giving me the smirk they usually give me when their mother hugs me to death.
The older of the two, Alex, just turned 21 so he'll be ok. However, we'll have to watch Blain cause he's only 18 and a twat.
"You're gunna love the pinata this year." I laugh.
Alex and Blain giggle, I guess remembering last year's one that was full of penis lollies and other assorted oddities.

We all sit and talk for a while, reminiscing all over again. I decided to brig Anubis out and he ended up liking my cousins, I guess he could sense they were family. My aunt absolutely adored him.

A few hours go buy and they leave, leaving the 3 of us again.
My mom makes dinner while me and Kaley plan stuff at the dinner table so my mom could hear and help us with the party.

Once we finish dinner we decide to watch a movie together.
I get to pick and I put on an all time favorite of mine, The Labyrinth. Me and my mom absolutely love the movie. Kaley just laughs at it cause she's an ass.
All in all though, its been a pretty good day.
Despite Kaley's assholery.

A/n: here's a filler chapter for now so I can write a longer one for the party. How crazy do you think the parties gunna be?
