Chapter 15: Interviews

The next morning I had completely forgotten about the unknown number that messaged me. If you'd even call it morning. We awoke around 11AM which is pretty early for us when me and Kaley are together.

"I'm starving, what can we eat." Kaley asks as we head to the kitchen. There's a note on the fridge from my mom. Simply stating she's at work and won't be back till 8PM.
"Hmm." I think as I look through the fridge, trying to find anything that looks good to the both of us.
"Aha!" I say while pulling out pancake mix and chocolate chip cookies. I can tell this pleases Kaley a ton, I'll be regretting the energy boost this'll cause once she's done eating. I pull out a Sundrop from the fridge for her and she takes it happily. Chugging it straight from the bottle, like always.

While I mix the ingredients together, Kaley decides to mess with our gaming system in the living room. While cooking all I hear is Kaley beating the levels and such. She sounds happy with herself.

A little while later I've finished making the chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and eggs.
"It's done ya twat." I yell.
"Finally" She says as she runs into the kitchen.
We make our plates and she pours a ton of chocolate syrup on her pancakes. Great.
While eating we decide to watch meme compilations on YouTube on the T.V.
I swear we're still kids.
I check my phone once I'm finished, I scroll through Instagram. I smile as I see everyone's pictures from the Ghost concert last night. Ahh that's all mine.
I also see that Tobias did an interview this morning and smile wider. Kaley groans as I put it on the T.V.
The beginning is normal interview questions like "whens the next album date?", "Any new plans?", "When will Copia become a Papa?". But the next question got me.
"We and some of your fans noticed a particular bracelet that you were wearing last night and as of now. Does that mean ol' Tobias has got a special someone? Some of your fans are really cooking up a storm on who it could be."
The camera pans back to Tobias, who has the biggest grin on his face.
"Well, the only fans that'll be able to guess would be her friends. She's not a popular social media star. But she doesn't mind that. I don't know if she'd like her identity out there, but her first name is Alina. And she's the best. I adore that girl so much."
Kaley looks at me with a shit eating grin.
"Hehehe Oooo his fans are detectives aren't they?" She says.
I'm a mess so I can't fight with Kaley right now.
I look down at the matching bracelet me and Tobias share. His last sentence still in my head. I blush even more. He adores me. Oh gosh I'm so happy.

After I watched the interview I went back to scrolling through Instagram. I guess a few other fans had seen the interview because there was speculation on who Tobias was with. I wanted to gloat but I don't really want a lot of attention to myself. Guess I should've thought of that before I started dating him. But I wouldn't take it back at all.
I'll contain my gloating for now and let everyone speculate on what normal girl he was dating.

After a little while Tobias had finally messaged me, asking if he could call. Kaley was gone and my mother wasn't home yet so I was happy for an alone convo.
"Hello." I say in a happy tone.
"Hi, I'm guessing you've seen the interview? I hope you were alright with me giving out your first name." He says, sounding a bit upset with himself.
"No no, it's alright. I don't mind people knowing about me. Hehe there's so many people speculating on who it is."
"I know, my fans are something else." He says while chucking.
I smile, "Yeah, they are. And I'm one of them. We're all crazy fans."
"Heh yeah, I miss you though."
"I miss you too, a ton. Whens your next concert?"
"In a couple hours, I wanted to talk to you beforehand. I miss your voice."
My heart is fucking melting. "Aww, I miss yours too, listening to you sing isn't enough."

We talk for another hour or so then he has to go get ready for his concert.
I'm home alone and it's only 6:30. Ughh, 2 and a half hours before mom is back.
I decide on tacking a long bath, I grab my Ghost sweat pants and a blank black t-shirt along with my phone so I can listen to music.
I put on my Ghost play list and of course Life Eternal plays first. As I sit in the hot water of my bath, memories from the ritual replay in my mind. Remembering all the events that led up to me and Tobias being together. I'm happy, but I always tear up to Life Eternal. We've only officially been together for 2 and a half weeks but I already love that damn man so much.

Author's note: Sorry that it's been awhile and sorry for a short chapter. I finally had a sleeping schedule but I fucked it up. Oh well. Guess I was meant for the night.
