Dust PoV

Samuel? Who is this "Samuel" guy? What is with her "Why won't you come home", thing? Did this Samuel make a promise to this girl? This is corny.

"whatever, i'm leaving.", I said.

I started to walk away from this girl when, I was around 10 meters away from her, a force that I could not explain, stopped me from going any farther.

"so i have to stay with her for the rest of my miserable life? i guess it's better than that." I said to myself.

I walked back over to her, seeing she was already up. She grabbed her umbrella and started walking toward, to what I supposed, her home. I followed, of course, as I didn't want to be pushed by whatever force was keeping me from leaving.

After a few 15 minutes of walking, we reached an apartment and she unlocked the door on the second floor. When she opened the door, she didn't even eat dinner, or wash off. She just took off her jacket, gray turtleneck shirt, and her jeans, and ran toward her bedroom. She still had an extra shirt with her and shorts underneath her other clothing, so she wasn't naked.

Closing the door behind herself, I went on to explore her apartment. It was pretty normal stuff for an average aged girl like her, but some familiar stuff just had to pop out at me. For starters, she had a green double seater couch just like in mine and Papyrus's house and the tile in the kitchen was the exact same colors and pattern in our kitchen. Then, I finally noticed the hallway that had three rooms, one of them being that girl's room, and another one being open. I first entered the open door of what seemed to be a bathroom. Nothing of notice here. I skipped her bedroom to go to the other door. When I approached the door, I placed my hand on the handle.

Surprisingly, I could touch the handle on this door. However, the door was locked. I moved my hand away from the handle, when I walked back a little, and with the little space I had, I tackled the door. This time, I phased right through this time, falling on the floor when on the other side. Weird, shouldn't have I phased through the floor as well? Placing my hands in front of me, I pushed myself up in a sitting position.

Standing up now, I started looking around the room. I looked to the right, and there was a bed, with a wooden frame, black pillows, white mattress, and blue blanket. Looking left, there was a T.V on what seems like a spruce wood counter top, with a mirror, and a blue bean bag chair. Looking closest to me, there were pictures covered with dust and multiple other screened objects as well.

Walking around the room, a feeling of nostalgia washed over me, and a lot like my room, the room expelled out the feeling of laziness, although the room was tidy. I walked around the room, placing my hand on the counter near the door. My hand didn't phase through the counter either, so I kept going.

Dusting the counter and the handle to one of the drawers with my hand, I opened the drawer, and I saw tons of jackets, shirts, shorts, and jeans. I went to the next drawer, and I saw most of the documents I had with Dr... what was his name again? Whatever, I looked in the rest of drawers, and most of it was stuff for pranks, or props for jokes. This Samuel guy and I seem a lot alike. When I looked up, I saw frames filled with the most dust. I wiped the dust off all the frames and the memories of this relationship that Samuel and that girl once had.

They looked so happy, like the days would never end. On the very top one near the ceiling, written in red marker, all in lowercase, were the words "samuel and y/n, destined to be together, forever.", with a drawn heart encasing the couple. Samuel had black fade to white hair, piercing blue eyes, pale skin, a white jacket, a black polo, and blue jeans. Y/N, who must have been that girl, was wearing a blue, long dress, with her hair in a ponytail. The background was at night, with a fancy, lit up, triangle shaped tower in the distance. The rest of the scenery was cut off from the picture. Also, they both had the upside down, golden heart locket.

Recalling meaningless memories, I realized I could touch everything in this room, but once I did something, like open a drawer, or undo the sheets, it would reset the object provoked into its original state. I guess the gift of touching stuff in this world has its limitations. I decided there was nothing else to explore, and fell asleep on the bed.

Alright! I've decided! I will post every week or less, and if I don't keep true to the schedule I set up for myself, you can always come up to the chat and remind me about it! Or, if you're an irl friend, slap me in the face and tell me to work on it, k? Bye!
