Baby growing way too fast

"Should we take some more chocolate chip for the cookies honey?" I turn to Zane who is sitting in the cart, waiting for an answer he is not supposed to give.

It's been three days, he can't be away from me for a moment, so I took him for some last minute shopping for tomorrow's party.

I continue in the aisle, taking some crisps, and candies then head to the checkout "Oh wow he is adorable" the lady behind me says as I'm taking him out of the cart "Aw thank you" "How old is he?"

"He turns one tomorrow, I just came for some last minute shopping" "Well good luck with crazy kids filled with sugar, I have a five and a ten-year-old " she smiles letting me know she knows what I'll be going through tomorrow "Oh don't worry I also have a three-year-old so I know exactly what you're talking about haha"

"Well I hope he has a great day," she says making funny faces for Zane to laugh "Thank you, goodbye" "Bye Jennifer, bye sweetie" she waves to Zane who keeps smiling

"Oh cool, you got some crisps!" Runs to the bags on the table opening them to see what I bought "Yeah but it's for tomorrow, take your hands away" I gently push her from the kitchen "Just one? Pleeeaaase?"

"Yeah keep acting like a baby, that'll work for sure" She takes Zane from me then walks out of the kitchen "Come Zany, mama's mean, we don't talk to her anymore"

I roll my eyes then keep myself from laughing at her, knowing that he'll be crying in less than 2 minutes since he's been attached to me like crazy lately. Brad and Nols finally come back with plenty of bags in their hands "Mama look at my dinosaur!" Nolan runs to me, so I take him "Woooow, your dinosaur is awesome papa" I kiss him on the cheek. He's the cutest when h me doesn't know how to pronounce words

"Brad it's 8, almost 9 where were you guys? You know they have to be in bed before 9 at least" I kiss him then help him get everything out of the bags "I know, we went to the events store, to make sure we have all we need then Nols wanted ice-cream...so I had to take him, and we stopped at your dad's house and I didn't see time fly"

"God your child is unbelievable!" Willow runs back to me with a crying Zane "He can't be away from you for a minute" I laugh knowing this would've happened "What's wrong my love, why are you so into me lately?" He buries his head in my chest mumbling something we don't understand "Aaw you must be tired" Brad rubs his back then kisses his head

"And he's teething again, I better get them to bed, Nols let's go" I get my hand towards Nolan so we can get upstairs "Willow you're staying with me so we can finish with the food for tomorrow please"

Brad tells Willz who was planning obviously to go to bed "Really? why can't Jen help and I take care of the boys?" "Cause I promised her she's not doing anything for the party, now get your ass in here"

I put Nols and Zane in the warm bathtub, they play with their toys "Nols are you happy tomorrow Zane turns one?" "Yeah" he responds not really enthusiastic about it "You don't seem really happy honey" "He doesn't stay a baby?" "Aaw he can't stay a baby forever sweetie, he needs to grow up like you, so you guys can play football and plenty other things"

He now looks at his brother satisfied with my answer "We play soccer Zany!!" He laughs making Zane clap in his hands of excitement. I take them out of the tub and put their pajamas on before taking them to bed, Nols with his story and of course Zane with his bottle. When they're both asleep, I take a shower and immediately get to bed

"Hey, are they asleep?" Brad gets out of the shower. I must have been asleep since he was still downstairs when I went to sleep "Yeah...are you guys done?" "Yep, Willz went to bed too"
