I just ran towards him but before I could hold him his hands were handcuffed..

"Captain Ranvir Singh Virani you are under arrest"Declared an officer.. Every one was shocked hearing that.

Manish-Kis basis pe arrest karrahe hai aap isse Officer?

Officer-Kernal Kashyap , Captain Ranvir without any official permission  he tresspassed into Officer Aadil's room last night..
