Part26:Riya At Headquarters!

Ranvir's POV
Im really sorry Sir,today I have forbidden the word I gave you and disclosed the truth you have hidden to your family so far.Im Sorry Riya I left you alone at this weak moment,but as I said Ranvir can't do what Captain Ranvir Singh Virani Could do for you..

Riya's POV
I reached the Army headquarters,I don't really know why Im here,I just couldn't keep calm until paa comes back home.The mess I have created hurt him badly this time his moist eyes were daunting me yet..
10 kms from home to here weren't this difficult but now 10 steps inside to his cabinet was really freaking me out inside,how will I face him after disrespecting him a billion times,I punished him for Something he never did..But I exhaled my breath and gathered courage remembering the face of my brother,his eyes seemed like telling me end this negativity Riya, He has already lost his son Dont take away his daughter too..

I opened my eyes, leaving the past behind taking my steps forward to his cabinet.No one stopped me going inside infact it seemed like they all know me and showed me the way to dad' s cabinet.

As I reached close to the name board saying "Kernal Kashyap"my hands carassed it and my foot froze again hesitant to talk to him What will I tell him,how will I??A question occupied my mind..
Just then I heard sounds of my dad shouting and sneaked in through the door. I was shocked to find Dad holding Aditya' s neck in rage .

Manish- Main apni beti ko jaanta hoon,mujhe uske baare mein tumse sunne ki zarurat nahi hai?

Aditya-Just leave me Kernal Kashyap.Aap  kis basis pe apni beti pe itna barosa karte hai..

Manish-Tum kuch bhi kehlo mein jaanta hoon apni Beti ko woh mera gurror hai kabhi kuch aisa nahi karsakti jisse mera sar jhuke..Ainda mere beti ke baare mey ek lafz bhi bola na toh bolne layak nahi bachoge..

Aditya- Sach toh yeh hai ki apko apni beti ke baare mey kuch nahi pata,agar aap chahte hai ki uske baare mey kisi aur ko pata na chale toh iss papers pe sign kijiye aur mere dad ko iss land ko acquire karne ke legal norms hatadijiye...Warna aap jaante hai main kya karsakta hoon..

Manish-Hargis nahi pehle bhi tumhara muh bandh karne keliye maine kaafi kuch kiya hai just because meri beti meri kamzori hai tumhe kya lagta hai tum mujhse kuch bhi karwasakte ho..

Aditya-U and Ur daughter have to face consequences..Main chodunga nahi..

Manish-Jab tak main hoon tum meri beti ka kuch nahi bigaad sakte..

Riya breaksdown listening all this and runs away.She reaches home and locks herself in her room.Ranvir and her mom both were worried for her while Manish was clueless of what's happening..
Despite several knocks on the door she dint let anyone in..

Riya's POV
That creep used my dad first time he looked so helpless becoz of me.. How many things were running around me and I was unaware of all this ..How much more has he done for me..

~Next morning

The creasing sound of door opening wakes up Mr and Mrs.Kashyap, Sleeping on the sofa close to Riya' s Room door.

They rush up to see her dressed for College with her bag leaving..

Riya' s mom hugs her relieved..

"Yeh ghar hai ya hotel samajh kya rakha hai tune jo mann karega woh karegi..Hum kitna darr gaye the darwaza kyun nahi khola"her mom pats her worried..

Manish- Acha bass karo ab usse daanto mat kaam hoga disturbance naa ho issliye shayad.. Theek hai naa woh jao..

Mom-Yeh sab apke beti ke nakhre hai..

Manish looks at her worried..

Riya walks to him and says "Sorry.."

Manish- Nahi beta its okk ,I understand..
he was about to carass her but stops himself.

She walks to her mom and says Sorry.

Riya-Maa aaj its a really Big day for me aap jaanti haina aaj mera documentary film judge hoga..Toh I want it ki ...Aap dono aajao sabke parents aarahe hai just to see their works..
Agar aap dono ko koyi kaam naa ho..

Manish gets delighted hearing that and her mom Couldn't believe on her ears..

Riya's POV
Although I wanted to say it to Paa holding his hand the sorry and the Invitation for today,but I couldn't look into his eyes and speak..I lacked the courage to do so.May be before doing that I need to fix something else.

We all sat on the breakfast table and I had my breakfast
"Beta All the best"I  smiled hearing my dad say that and I walked out with carrying the spark in my dad' s eyes hearing what I said...

I knocked his door the 3 rd time and no one seemed to open ,I felt like smashing the door but I controlled remembering. My mom's words''Riya puttar kab wadi hogi tu,sabko Pareshan karke rakhdiya Ranvir bhi kal se yahi tha abhi uske kehne pe bhi nahi khola tune abhi subah hi gaya hai.." Ranvir was here for me all-night he was worried for me though hr doesn't show it.I smiled to myself and the door opened and stood My Captain Ranvir Singh infront of me with the same innocent slaying look which melts my anger all the time.

Ranvir-Yaa u need anything?I thought we were going to meet directly in the college ,Was I supposed to pick u up?

How well he pretends..I said to myself but now Ego has no place in any of my relationships..
What if he is not showing I will tell him for what I came here..

I hugged him before he could say anything and that was the full stop to his nonsense..And finally I spoke sense"I need my friend,A Very good friend of mine will u help me getting him back?" I persuaded making him smile and hug me back carrasing my hair..

Ranvir-U never lost him Riya,he was and is always by ur side no matter what..

Riya- Thanks for not supporting me,not helping me still somewhere becoz of you I learned and understood a lot yesterday..
Before he could ask I said Im Alright lets go holding his hand..

Ranvir' s POV
How is she so normal after yesterday,did she speak to sir ,should I ask her how will I get to know what happened?
She realised about my friendship and mended with me but the actual reason behind all this is to mend her' s and Kernal kashyap relationship ? Did she anything speak about it or not?
