Jamie, Stein and Kid ran through the halls of the school and outside. Kid lead the way and directed them to a street at the edge of the city. The street was dark and the first thing they noticed was that Maka was unconscious and Soul was standing before her. The dumpsters and even the brick walls themselves looked completely destroyed, like a fight between gods had happened there. Soon, Jamie heard an evil laugh he'd never heard before and a woman with long blonde hair walked up to him.

Stein stopped in his tracks and tensed up. He grabbed Jamie and pulled him back, standing in front of him and staring the woman down. Jamie didn't know her, or why Stein seemed to be so scared of her. It was weird to see him so tense.

"Nice to see you again Franken," She said with another evil laugh. "It's been quite some time hasn't it? I believe the last time I saw you you were mine. That annoying little Marie stole you from me, and that pest of a girl Maka and even my own son helped her. Well, that was the past and this is the present."

Jamie became overwhelmed with jealousy when the woman called Stein hers. There was no way Stein could have ever been hers, he never showed any interest in women that he knew of.

"I was under the control of the Kishin and you know it," Stein said as he clenched his fists. "I would never, ever let you crawl all over me and take control of me like that if I had any choice."

The woman laughed again, but this time she laughed so hard that she leaned her head back and grabbed her stomach. Her laugh was so maniacal, so full of evil that it was ominous just being in the woman's presence. "Who is this lady? She's so strange and she's absolutely insane. Even her voice is dripping with poison. What's up with her?" Jamie thought.

"Hello, mother," with those words, everyone wheeled to see Crona standing at the head of the alley way. He hadn't come alone. He brought Liz and Patty to back up Kid, also Black*Star and Tsubaki. Crona was also standing his ground and holding his sword he called Ragnarock. Jamie still hadn't figured that one out yet.

"Well well well, nice to see you again Crona. Come to Mommy," She said, opening her arms and motioning for Crona to run to her. He stood a good distance from her and scowled.

"You're not my 'Mommy', you're not my mother at all, you've never been my mother. You're just the stupid snake witch Medusa. And I helped Maka kill you once already don't think I won't help her kill you again."

"If you haven't noticed Maka is a little... unresponsive at the moment. You see, as soon as she and that white-haired boy set their eyes on me they tried to attack me," She leaned back and popped her back then straightened back out and popped her knuckles. "It's a good thing resurrection comes with almost superhuman strength, even for a witch."

"Who brought you back...?" Soul asked as he still stood guard over Maka's unconscious body.

Medusa smiled and then her evil smile turned into a devilish smirk. "She and I are very close friends. You see, she's my younger sister. Your aunt, Crona. Isn't family wonderful?"

Everyone gasped when they heard what she said. Everyone but Jamie already knew that Medusa had one sister, Arachne, and now she was saying she had another one. This meant there was another witch for the DWMA to handle.

"What's her name?" Jamie said as he stepped closer to Medusa. Stein tried to grab his arm and pull him back put he pulled away and stepped right up in her face. "What is the bitch's name?"

"You're going to call my sister a bitch to my face? You have balls kid. Her name's Aurora," Medusa said, then Jamie frowned. "How could such an evil woman have such a happy, beautiful name?"

He sighed and started to back away from Medusa when she grabbed his arm. "Kid you have spunk and I commend you for that but if you're still with the DWMA next time we meet I'll have no choice but ti kill you."

"I doubt you'll be the one doing the killing." Jamie said with a cocky smirk, then walked to Stein's side. Stein looked down at him like he was pissed off. He wasn't sure why Stein looked so pissed, but he figured it was because he shrugged him off and approached Medusa.

Medusa used a vector to escape out of the alleyway just a split second afterwards. Stein growled and walked away angrily, leaving Jamie behind to walk back with the others. Clearly he was pissed off, and was expecting his lover to appologize to him. Jamie was more headstrong than Stein knew however and didn't think he had anything to appologize for. This was gonna be a long day.

Stein walked to his home and slammed the door. He had never brought Jamie here so he knew he wouldn't find him. He sighed and laid down on his bed and lit a cigarette. He would spend tonight thinking.

Jamie ran home, not wanting another awkward encounter if he made his way back to school. He was worried that Stein was mad at him but he honestly didn't think he did anything wrong. He thought courage and standing up for yourself and those around you was a good thing.

He sighed and walked into the house, walking by the couch when he happened to hear two voices moaning. He tried to ignore the fact that they decided to use the couch he sits on every morning and walked to his room.

Laying his head back on his pillow, he started to drift off to sleep. He wondered if a nice dream would help stop the thoughts from racing through his mind. He didn't know they would only make things worse.
