Brallie: Together Again

Chapter 25

Marianna's P.O.V

Callie has now been in hospital for about a month, her lungs keeps collapsing so she has to stay longer and of course Brandon has only left her side once or twice. He sleeps, eats and does anything with Callie at the moment. I have also spent slot of my time with Callie when I haven't been at school. Brandon and Callie were means to start college not to long ago but I think both of them have decided to take a year off. Brandon refused to go without Callie clearly, the rest of us have been back at school though. I'm not to sure how Jude is coping with Callie still being in hospital, he seems okay but I'm sure inside he's hurting, his spent all of his spare time with Callie and doesn't even talk when his at home. Jesus is fine, his always with Emma just like before but sometimes comes to be Callie with us. Stef and Lena also spend a lot of time in the hospital with Callie, that's when they aren't working or at home with us kids. I've been spending quite a bit of time with Sophia lately as well as Callie, I think we are both hurting before she is a sister to both of us. I don't even think Callie has spoken to Robert or Jill after telling them about the baby. Stef had to tell The Quinn's and there loss but they seemed mostly happy rather than sad, I don't think they were very happy about it them having a baby. Callie won't talk to either of them, only Sophia, I'm not to sure why but I haven't bothered to ask her about it. I just talk to her about Matt, school and anything to distract her from the hospital.

I was on my way to see Callie when I got a call from Stef, I answered.

*phone call*
Marianna-hello
Stef- hi, are you on your way to see Callie?
Marianna- yes, why?
Stef- well it Jude, some on the boys at school were picking on him again and they slammed his hand in a locker so I think he may have broken his wrist.
Marianna- ohh, is his okay?
Stef- he hasn't said anything just moans in pain so I told him in taking him to the hospital, we will pick you up on the way.
Marianna-okay
Stef- see you in a minute.
*end of phone call*

Stef and Jude arrived to where I was waiting within minutes and wee arrived at the hospital just after. I went to see Callie while, Stef took Jude to going and have his hand x-rayed.

Callie's P.O.V

I'd been sat watching movies all day while Brandon slept, he has been by my side ever since he was told he could be discharged. I think he's been home once maybe twice this whole time, Stef just brings him clothes and food. The nurse even put an extra bed into my room for Brandon, which was nice of her but Brandon mainly slept in my bed anyway. The pain in my ribs has mainly disappeared but sometime it was comes back and I would stop breathing again, so I have to stay longer. I haven't crashed in about a week and a half so I should be going home soon.

I was snapped out of my thoughts as I heard the door open, It was Mariana she's also spent slot of time with me. I noticed that the noise also woke Brandon up, I smiled at him and he smiled back, he was lying in the other bed now after slot of persuading. 'Hi' I say to Marianna, 'hello, how are you today?' She asks. 'Okay I guess, I just want to come home really. I'm starting to get very fed up lying in this same bed all day watching the same movies over and over.' I sigh. 'Ahh Brandon you must be boring company.' Marianna winks smiles at Brandon and he gives a sarcastic smile in return. I let out a small laugh which hurts more than is should. I started to struggle breathing yet again, my breaths become short. 'Callie are you okay?' Brandon asks me, he must have noticed. I just shake my head at him. 'Marianna go get help.' And yet again I feel myself starting to black out and I must had stop breathing yet again...
