Chapter 35:

Callie's P.O.V

I woke up to someone kissing my lips, I look up to Brandon 'morning beautiful.' 'Morning.' I yawn and realise I should probably get up and go to my own room to change and get ready because today was the day. I start to get up but Brandon pulled me back to bed, he looks into my eyes and he must see the fear in them because he says 'no matter what happens today Callie I will never let anyone hurt you ever again. And even if it doesn't go your way you will get through it you have before and you will again.' I kiss him and lay back down again 'hey is that all I get?' He asks which makes me smile and I turn to face him an kiss him again. He pulls me onto of him, our hips moving in sink and right now I just wanna rip his shirt off and just as I do someone walked in the door. I pull away from Brandon and look at who it was it was Stef, of course. 'Really guys? With anyone on the house?' I look and Brandon and I want to laugh but instead I just turn to Stef and say 'sorry I guess we go a little carried away.' I look down holding back the laughter. 'Well I just came to make sure you were up and ohh that reminds me you guys are using protection right?' Well this was embarrassing, Brandon replies this time 'mum, the door I'd right there.' Pointing towards the door. 'What.. It's my job.' She argues back. 'Mum.' Brandon says. 'Okay..okay I'm going, we leave in an hour.' She walks out the door brand sits up, me still on his lap. 'Sorry.' He says. 'Hey don't worry.' I laugh and kiss him again before hopping of his lap and go to the shower.

I showered quickly, got dressed and went down to eat breakfast. When I got only Brandon and Lena where there. 'Morning Callie.' Lena says 'morning Lena.' I say as I walk over to the fridge and get out the juice. Brandon comes up behind me and reaches around me to get the milk, I turn quickly to him and peck his lips which just leaves him smiling and wanting more. When I turn to walk away he pulls me back and kisses me again. 'Again guys really?' Stef walked in so I turn smile at her and walk over to the table. Everyone soon comes down and eats breakfast, once they have all eaten they leaves for school with Lena. Jude wants to come today but I told him he had to go to school and he wouldn't want to be there today because of what happened I couldn't risk him getting hurt. I was sat on the sofa just waiting to leave now, Stef walks in and comes to sit next to me. 'Today will be fine okay? Just try to stop worrying.' She tries calming me down but I end up crying. She pulls me into a hug and rubs my back until I start to calm down. I pull away from her 'thank you.' I say to her. 'What for?' 'For being the only mum I've ever had and the best.' This makes Stef want to cry I can see the tears in her eyes so I hug her again. Brandon walks in 'what going on here?' He asks smiling at us both. 'Nothing.' I say. We both get up and leave the house.

*a few hours later*

We are now sat in the court room, everyone had finally sat down. I hear the doors open I turn to see who it is and to my surprise is what Robert, Jill and Sophia, what are they doing here? How did they even know about this? I haven't spoken to any of them in forever. Closely followed behind with was Wyatt being lead by a guard behind him, I start to become scared but then i realise where we are and that he has his hands cuffed together. I calm down but then Vico walks on lead the same way Wyatt was. I start to panic, Brandon notices and puts my hand in his and whispers 'it's okay, he can't hurt you.' I nod and put my head on his shoulder when the judge starts to speak.

Vico has now explain his part of the story, he said he didn't have any reason to hurt me and that we didn't even do anything he just spoke about it with Wyatt. Wyatt then spoke and said it was Vico's idea, Vico was the one who took Callie, he made him rape me and videoed it. And finally he said he wouldn't ever have thought of anything like this or wouldn't have done anything without Vico. It was now my turn to speak, I stood up, took a deep breathe and closely started explaining my part of what happened. Tears start to fall as I get to the part when Wyatt raped me. I was now full on crying when it got to Vico's turn.
