Chapter 39

Callie's P.O.V

Robert just punch me and ran, I really don't understand him I always thought he would be a caring dad but apparently I was wrong. He didn't care about me at all. I feel tears starting to fall down my face at the same time Brandon pulls me into a tight embrace. God I love him. I cry into his chest as he whispers to me telling me everything will be okay. That's when I noticed Stef had left probably chasing after Robert, I knew exactly who would win. And sure enough Stef walked back in with Robert in hand cuffs waiting for mike to come and that them to the station.

*a few months later*

It was now my 18th birthday, Robert can to move out but I still live with Jill and Sophia and honestly it was quite nice I actually am really close to both of them now. I'm still close to all of the fosters which makes me feel like I have 3 mums and 2 bothers and 2 sisters and of course the most amazing boyfriend ever. Apparently both families had something special planned for me today some thing secret which I had no idea what it was. I got dressed and headed downstairs, where Jill, Sophia and Brandon were making breakfast, Brandon was only hear because he spent the night with me. 'Morning.' They all say together, I smile at them all. 'Morning.' Brandon walks over to me and kisses me on the cheek 'happy birthday!' He whispers in my ear as he hands me a little black box. I look up at Brandon 'open it!' He says. I open the box and there lays a little gold chain with a C and a B on it. I turn the letters over I'm my fingers and see there's something engraved on the back of each on my C it says 'I love you everyday...' Then on the B it says 'and every night, Love B.' I feel the tears in my eyes, this was probably the cutest thing I've even been given. Brandon takes the chain out of my hands and walks behind me, more my hair out the way and puts on the necklace. I turn around and face him as he pulls me into a hugs, I cry silently into his chest. He really was the best boyfriend anyone could even ask for, he deserves better than me. Once we pull away Jill give me and present followed by Sophia. The first was a very large amount of money and a rose gold heart charm. Then from Sophia I had a I bracelet that says forever, I hug then both before we sit down for breakfast.

We ate quickly and headed over to the fosters house, when we arrived and walked through the door now one was there it was silent. But out of nowhere the family and all my friends from girls united jumped out 'surprise!' They all scream and honestly it made me jump. After I'd hugged everyone and everyone had sung happy birthday it was time for presents. From Marianna I had a while bunch of makeup and a new dress which she told me I had to wear tonight. From Jude I had a collage of pictures that he had collect over the years. Right in the centre of the frame was was a picture of me, Jude, our mum and Donald, this made me want to cry. 'Jesus helped me.' He said as I pull him into a huge hug. Finally mums gave me a little wooden box, I open and saw a car key. My jaw must drop in surprise because everyone starts laughing 'everyone helped us out with this.' Stef tells me. Both mums (yes I still call them mums) come and hug me which they call and 'mummy sandwich.' They makes me cry not because I'm sad but because I'm the happiest I've been in years and these people here are the only people I've even trusted since my mum died. I wish she was here and I hated that she wasn't here to see me on my 18th birthday although she isn't here she is still in my heart and I know she will be proud.

We spend the rest of the day at the fosters talking and generally having a good time. It was now about 5pm and everyone had gone home to change then said they would meet us back here. I thought I would be going home but I was wrong, Marianna pulled me upstairs and into our old room, she still had my bed in here which I loved although I did stay here a lot so I think she was happy to keep it. I went and sat on my bed as she through the dress she got me to me. It was a navy blue skater dress, with a white collar with to diamonds on each side and then I diamond waist band. It was quite simple but beautiful. Marianna knew exactly what to buy me. Once I was ready and Marianna had finished with me I went down stairs to find Brandon sitting on the couch. When he saw me he stood and stared at me for a long time. 'You look so beautiful.' He says which makes me blush. 'You so bad your self.' I say to him. He pulls me arms around my waist and pulls me into a kiss. We make out until he here someone say 'that's enough guys.' It was Stef. I looked over to see all the rest of the family stood staring at us, Marianna winked at me which made me laugh and I think I should Jesus wink at Brandon, I knew exactly what they were thinking.

Brandon told me that I had to be blindfolded for the ride there so I didn't guess were we were going but he sat a held my hand the whole way because I think he noticed I didn't really like the idea of being blind folded. I knew I didn't have anything to worry about seeing as Liam was in prison but it still scared me. I felt the car stopped and Brandon helps me out leading me someone. 'You can look now.' He went behind me and removed the blind fold. What I saw was beautiful...
