What Could Go Wrong? (Pokémon Alternative)

(Ash's PoV)

"Greninja, use Aerial Ace!" I said through our connection.

Greninja's feet and hands glowed white as he run towards Tentacruel, ready to hit him. Tentacruel raises his tentacles, ready to use Wrap.

"Blastoise, use Skull Bash to defend Greninja! Dewott, use Sacred Sword!" I said to Greninja. Greninja then tells the two what to do. This is going to be hard. I need Greninja to command the two. I am really in a tight spot here.

Blastoise used Skull Bash to deflect the incoming attack while Greninja continued to run. Dewott went behind Tentacruel, waiting for a chance to attack.

"Greninja, Dewott, attack once Blastoise used Ice Beam." I ordered. I am really thankful for Greninja's hidden unique skill, [Telepathy]. He can talk to other Pokemon and humans without talking. Of course, when he uses [Telepathy] to talk with my friends, they can't understand a word he's saying. That is also supposed to apply to me, but because we share the Bond Phenomenon, I can understand him perfectly.

Blastoise proceeded to use Ice Beam and freezes it's tentacles. Greninja and Dewott both attacked it at the same time from the back, sending Tentacruel down to the ground. I then ordered Dewott to use Grass Knot. That's two super-effective move. Tentacruel rises up again and used Thunder Bolt on Greninja, sending both of us crying in pain. Tentacruel swam fast towards the three, no, towards me! I'm its target.

"Shit! Greninja, use Water Shuriken to slow him Down! Blastoise, use Skull Bash! Dewott, use Water Jet!" I ordered as I stayed at my spot. I can't really swim right now, I shared that powerful Thunder Bolt with Greninja. Like Greninja, I'm also paralyzed and because he is paralyzed, he couldn't throw his Water Shuriken. I am hoping both Blastoise and Dewott could make it in time.

As Tentacruel is only 1 meter away from hitting me, Dewott used Water Jet on Blastoise to boost him, hitting Tentacruel with tremendous force. Damn, is this what they call a Totem Pokemon? No, a Totem Pokemon only appears at the end of a Trial, right? That is what Prof. Kukui told me. Does that mean this Pokemon is a normal one?

Tentacruel stood up again, with minimum visible bruises. Shit, and he is though too. This is really hard. It can go up against an Elite Four. It is definitely not normal.

"Blastoise, use Ice Beam! Greninja, I need you to back up now. I need you to command them. Don't worry, we'll train how to do this with you in the battlefield properly." I said.

Greninja nodded and went back while saying the orders to Blastoise. Blastoise nodded and fired an Ice Beam towards Tentacruel, holding it in place.

"Dewott use Razor Shell then follow it up with Sacred Sword!"

Dewott released his two shells and it hit the large Pokemon causing it to screech. I commanded Blastiose to tackle Tentacruel and use Ice Beam to freeze the two of them together. Tentacruel immediately broke free from the ice and used Giga Drain on Blastoise. A super effective move.

"Blastoise use Rapid Spin!" Blastoise went inside his shell and started to spin really fast. He knocked back the large Pokemon and used Ice Beam again. "Now Dewott use Rapid Razor Shell!"

The combo move is supposed to hit any Pokemon 10 or more times. The moves used for this are Lock-On and Razor Shell. It's a move I invented to deal some damage on tough opponents like this one. Dewott started to throw his shells at the pokemon. It's speed was of course reduced so it deals half of the original damage. Tentacruel was hit about 10 times and was forced to back up against a wall. Shit, if I can only move this Pokemon up to the shore.

Then it clicked, "Blastoise, use Ice Beam then follow it up with Skull Bash and bring it up to the shore! Dewott help Blastiose with Aqua Jet!"I ordered. The Ice Beam successfully covered Tentacruel along with the wall and was frozen solid. Tentacruel started to break free but Blastoise immediately used Ice Beam again. Dewott started to gather more energy for his Aqua Jett.

Blastiose carried the huge ice and threw it up high, almost reaching the top of the wall. He launched himself up towards the ice and they both started going up. Dewott supported Blastiose by using the Aqua Jet on the turtle Pokemon. They were going up so fast. I had Dewott use Aqua Jet on the three of us so we can follow the two. I can see cracks started to form on the ice. Faster, Blastoise must move faster. 

As the speed of the two started to decrease, more and more cracks were forming on the thick layer of ice. We are almost there. I can see the shape of the sun from here. I can't let this monster win.

"Dewott, use Aqua Jet on Blastiose a-!" I completely forgot that Dewott is already using Aqua Jet on the three of us. Shit. What now? 

"I will help Blastiose." Greninja said. He jumped off the Aqua Jet and his feet started to glow. Aerial Ace, of course! "Blastoise get back in your shell but don't stop from going up." He ordered.

Blastoise went inside his shell and Greninja kicked the shell. It worked. He kicked it again 3 times and they are now officially out of the water.
