Chapter 2:

I walk into the restaurant with the boys, and I'm still confused as to why they chose me to hang out with them. The restaurant is busy because it's lunch time, and I smell lots of amazing food. We walk through the restaurant as the waitress leads us to the patio, which overlooks the ocean. Cameron pulls out my chair for me, and I smile, "Thank you," and take a seat. Cameron sits next to me, the blue eyed boy in front of him, and the blonde in front of me.

"I'm Matt," the blonde says to me.

"I'm Chloe," I smile. Wow, these boys are cute.

"I'm Nash," says the blue eyed one kind of awkwardly.

"Nice to meet you all," I smile, and fix my hair a little to make sure I look good.

"What would you like to order?" the waitress asks, and I look at the menu really quickly.

"I'll have some chicken nuggets," I say. Cameron laughs quietly. "What?" I ask him.

"Nothing," he says, "Just that you come to a burger place and you order chicken nuggets," I roll my eyes and laugh, I guess it was silly of me. They order, and the waitress goes to the kitchen.

"So are you from here?" Nash asks me, trying to make conversation. I nod. "That's cool, yeah me and my brother Hayes live just a flew blocks that way," he points to the left. I doze off a little bit as Nash and Cameron get into a conversation and Matt stares into the ocean quietly. I just fall in love with the beautiful scenery. The blue ocean, and the cloudless sky. I look at Matt, who must be thinking of something. He's staring at the ocean, and his hair is blowing slowly through the breeze. The air is cool, and it is refreshing. His brown eyes search the water for something, then he looks back at me. He catches me staring at him. I blush and turn away, hoping he wouldn't notice.

He chuckles, "I saw that," I bury my face into my hands and then laugh. I look back at him, but my cheeks are bright red. "Aw, don't be embarrassed, hun," he says with friendliness. With that said, the food is served and we all begin to eat. I eat my chicken nuggets pretty quickly because I haven't eaten since breakfast. After everyone's done eating, Cameron pays the bill.

"Thanks, Cameron," I say politely as we leave. We exit the restaurant and walk towards the beach once more.

"That was really good. What do you guys think?" Nash says, as we get closer to the shore.

"It was excellent! Very very good!" Matt says, then starts laughing at his own joke. He sure is adorable, the way he smiles and everything.

"Let's sit here," Cameron says as he takes a seat in the soft sand. I sit next to him, and Matt sits next to me, with Nash on his other side. We sit in silence for a while because it's kind of awkward. I look at Matt, and catch him staring at me. He doesn't look away though, he just stares into my eyes.

"I saw you," I mimic him.

He tries to laugh it off, "Well, I guess you did," Cameron rolls his eyes and chuckles, "You guys are so into each other,"

Matt raises an eyebrow and laughs, "No, Cameron. It's not like that," I sigh, but understand. I look at Matt, but he isn't looking at me this time. I need to stop making it so obvious that I like him. Do I like him? I just met him, but it seems like I've known him for years.

"What do you guys want to do?" I ask, trying to change the subject.

"Truth or Dare!" Nash yells.
