This is for septicsans who requested that dean gets ill and doesn't tell Sam and Cas until it's too late

"Are you feeling ok?" The angel looked over the table to dean who had taken a break from his burger which was a sure sign that something was wrong. Dean always demolished his food as if it was his first meal in days. But Cas and Sam were unaware than anything was wrong with him.
"I'm fine...just needed a quick breather that's all..." he took the burger back and shoved the rest of it in his mouth so that Cas and Sam wouldn't get any suspicious. He had thrown up day and night for the past week but had managed to muffle the sound by blocking the gaps in the doors with towels. He had been feeling off all week but knew that they had an important case coming up and he knew it would be worse if he wasn't along for it.
"Dean, Cas and I are going to go an talk to some witness from this case...you coming?" Dean shook him off.
"Nah I'll stay here and do some more research...might phone Bobby or Crowley. They might be able to help." As Cas and Sam left dean sitting at the kitchen table they didn't think none the wiser about checking on dean. As soon as dean heard the sound of the impala pulling out of the driveway he rushed for the toilet. He only managed to get halfway down the hallway before his stomach finally gave up and heaved all of his lunch onto the concrete floor, along with possibly his breakfast. After he finally stopped heaving he grabbed and towel and wiped the hallway clean before disposing of the soaked towel in the washing machine, only to find his stomach cramping and he ran stiffly to the toilet, everything coming out the other end. When he finally felt safe enough to get up he walked through to the library, grabbing a comforter for his shoulder and sitting himself down on the comfy armchair in the corner. The next thing he knew his eyes were shut in a dreamless sleep.
Later
"I think that woman might've been lying when she said that she had seen a ghost. I think she just wanted the attention." Castiel pointed out to the younger Winchester.
"Yeah but she seemed very spooked when we brought up the identity of the ghost. She might be hiding something..." the two of them entered the bunker and Sam stopped instantly.
"Can you smell like....something sour in here?" Cas took a whiff of the air and wrinkled his nose.
"Yeah I smell it too." The boys walked throughout the bunker before finally heading towards the library. That's were they found an unconscious dean on the floor, blood trickling from a gash on his forehead and vomit on the floor next to him. They both ran over, panicking at the sight of the older Winchester brother sprawled on the floor.
"Dean, come on talk to me..." Sam sat dean upright on the floor, leaning against the wall. Deans eyes opened groggily as his entire face paled. He tried to talk but only retched harshly into his lap. Cas grabbed a bin from the side of his room and thrusted underneath the hunter.
"Why didn't you call us? We would've come straight home..." Sam rubbed his brothers back until he finally stopped vomiting. He tried standing back up but the dizziness got the worse of him and he collapsed back into Sam and Castiels arms.
"Dean what's wrong with you..." dean whispered something inaudible and placed his hand on his stomach. Sam realised what this meant and he and Cas half carried, half dragged dean to the nearest toilet before he made a mess of everything. He grabbed hold of the bin and clutched it tightly, having everything being purged out of his body. Sam day beside him and stroked his head and back until he finally felt that everything was out of his body. He left dean alone to shower, bringing him a clean set of pyjamas and a basin, just in case. They both waited until dean was out of the shower before they demanded an explanation.
"I've been like this all week. I didn't want to concern you two with my afflictions. I fell asleep in the corner and woke up cause I was away to puke. Then I felt so dizzy and then I hit my head on the side of the table and I was out like a light." Cas covered deans wound with a plaster before sighing at him.
"Why didn't you tell us any sooner? We are going to take care of you. You need to stop pushing yourself so hard and making yourself ill because of it. Promise us you'll take better care of yourself." Dean looked up with a weak smile at the two of them.
"I promise..."
