in and out of love

"Do you still love Louis, baby?" Cody asks as he runs his fingers through Harry's hair, untangling the tangles in his soft curls. They're snuggled up on Cody's bed, and it was after midnight, Harry made no effort to get off bed and go back home. It felt good, felt good getting pampered by Cody, he was always the big spoon to Louis but now, it feels weird getting spooned. Felt kind of foreign, but he shrugged it off and tried focusing on Cody. Everything seemed foreign- he doesn't whether he actually likes Cody's manner of petting his hair, kind of rough if you ask and no where near Louis' way. After spending 7 years of his life with Louis, of course other person's touches are new- and weird-ish-ly nice.

His mind is swirly and confusing nowadays thinking about the two sides; Louis and Cody. He was in love with Louis and he loves Cody. He's in love. He's so fucked up, mentally and physically.

And he's planning on filing a divorce after only being married for less than two years, how pathetic. It was not just him and Louis in the process though, there's Katherine, his heart and soul, the baby he fell in love with as soon as he set his eyes on her rosy cheeks and greenish-blue eyes, he doesn't want to leave her, he doesn't want to miss her growing up, he definitely doesn't want to lose her to Louis.

Louis is history at the moment, Louis' chapter is closed in his life. He slowly started accepting the fact that some people start falling out of love. And he fell out of love with Louis. Louis Tomlinson whom he once considered as his heart beat, his sunshine but you know what? Things change, people change.

"I love you, so much Lou."

"I love you Harry."

"Forever?"

"Always."

Harry hesitated before answering. He's pretty sure he doesn't love Louis but he still get's a tingly feeling in the pit of his stomach every time Louis pecks his lips but he isn't sure.

"No, no I don't anymore." He answers finally.

Cody hums and kisses Harry neck softly, tugging at his hair, earning a groan from Harry.

"Baby, I need to head home."

"But this is your home." Cody chimes.

"Soon. Soon, it will be."

Harry moves away from Cody's embrace, starts dressing up and checked his phone for any messages or texts. And he gasped as he saw 15 missed calls and 20 text messages from Louis.
