Anne's P.O.V.

It was 2 in the morning, I lied on the sofa still watching some stupid TV shows, when I heard noises of movement coming from my room. I sat up and looked in the direction of my door to see Tzuyu standing in front of me with her messy hair and in my t-shirt which made my heart skip a beat. She looked at me in confusion, it was obvious that she didn't know how she got here, she seemed disconcerted so I patted the sofa next to me.

"Come here, sit down. Would you like to have a glass of water?" - I asked her politely as she sat down. She nodded slowly.

When I got back with the glass she was watching the show I previously watched wit her legs in front of her chest, but she shivered from the cold. I put down the glass and quickly tugged her in a blanket.

"Here. Better isn't it?" - I asked smiling. She nodded and opened her mouth for the first time.

"Can I ask you some questions? - I nodded in confusion. -Why aren't you sleeping?" - she looked at me carefully as if she wasn't allowed to.

"I was busy thinking about your situation." - I said bluntly. - "Also I didn't want you to wake up and find nobody here in the middle of the night." - I continued.

"Where is he?" - she asked me with fear in her voice with her eyes on the TV.

"Yoon? He is nowhere near. I told him to disappear." - I reassured her quickly.

"He won't do that. He's going to find me. I can't run away from him." - Tzuyu whispered, fidgeting her fingers in fear. I quickly hold on to her hand with my left hand while sitting closer to her. She finally looked at me again.

"There is nothing to be afraid of." - I squeezed her hand while looking deeply in her eyes and not letting her gaze away. - "He won't touch you ever again."- I continued when I saw tears forming in her eyes.

"W-why are you so su-sure?" - she shuttered nearly as a whisper hanging her head low.

I cupped her face with my right hand forcing her to look me in the eyes. Her orbs was brown, nearly black now because of the tears.

"I won't let that happen." - I stated while locking my gaze with hers. She sighed as if I took some serious weight off of her shoulders and I slowly pulled her closer letting her sob in my chest.

We stayed like that for a few minutes when I gently pushed her away.

"You need to get some sleep Tzuyu. We will talk more in the morning." - I smiled at her but she shook her head.

"I really don't want to be alone. Ca-can I stay here with you?" - she asked not sure if she was allowed to do that.

"Of course. Whatever makes you feel safe Tzu." - She let out a small smile to the nickname I gave her.

The couch was L shaped so I sat at the corner, stretching my legs at the smaller part of the sofa. Tzuyu sat at the other end of the furniture but soon she lied dow with her head in my direction. She was too tall to strech herlegs so she lied like a small bean, curled up in the blanket. It looked cute but extremely uncomfortable.

"Put your head here."- I told her, pointing at my thigh. - "It's more comfortable than sleeping like a fetus." - she giggled and put her head on my lap.

I slowly started to caress her head and play with her hair.

"Is this okay?" - I asked, because I didn't want to make her uncomfortable.

"It's great...relaxing."- she whispered and hugged my left leg like it was her pillow. Soon I felt her body to ease and heard her steady breathing which meant she fell a sleep. Not long after my eyes closed too and I drifted in deep slumber too.
