Till You Wake Up: The 30 Letters

Third Letter

Dear Jimin,

Your hand feels cold... I don't like it...

But you're still alive! You're still holding on and I'm proud of you for that.

Namjoon and Jin visited today and they saw the letters I am writing to you.

Namjoon asked me why.

I told him that I wanted you to know how I was doing within those days you're in a coma. And also a way for me to talk to you.

He understood and I'm glad.

Ever since we got together, you know that there isn't a day when we wouldn't talk to each other. I would always talk to you and you would talk to me. Even if we fight, we would always talk about it.

So the only way of me coping of not talking to you is by writing letters.

I could already see you asking me how I did while you were in a coma.

So Jimin, I am doing fine. But if you want my utmost honesty, I am still in pain.

I never imagined a day seeing you on a hospital bed because of an accident. I would have never imagined that the victim would be you.

Also, fun fact, the driver got arrested but he also said that he will pay for your hospital bills.

I could tell that he was really sorry and that he didn't mean it. But it doesn't lessen the feeling of my anger towards him.

What he did wasn't right and even though it was an accident, he should've known and been more careful. 

Oh, and before I forget, Jin left some cookies and he said that it was for you.

But I ate some and I hope that you won't mind, I was hungry and I haven't eaten lunch.

Oh no, I'm gonna worry you more and I could tell that by the time you are reading is, you would probably be scolding me.

I'm okay though don't worry.

Physically, yeah. Mentally, not so much.

I miss your warm hugs Jimin. I love you from the bottom of my heart.
