Jimin pushed his body as he saw Jin take you back to the house. At least he knew you would be safe. He skidded to a stop where Yoongi was. Yoongi was smelling the air a bit and turned his attention towards Jimin.

Jimin looked at the empty street ahead of him. "Did you see anyone?" He questioned through the link.

"No. All I can smell is vampire and Y/N." Yoongi replied, narrowing his eyes at the thought.

Jimin nodded his big head. "Alright, I'll put on my pants and go check her apartment for her friend."

Yoongi didn't say anything as Jimin went behind a tree and started to shift back to human. There was the low noise of bones cracking and the shuffle of sweatpants being putting on. Jimin walked from behind the tree and patted Yoongi's shoulder. "I'll call you for back up if I need it."

All he got in response was a huff. Jimin sniffed the air a bit and quickly caught onto your scent. He could feel his entire body warm up. He followed the scent towards your apartment building. Jimin's eyes flickered everywhere for anybody and then he ascended up the stairs. He continued to follow it until he reached your apartment.

He flinched a bit as he could definitely smell those leeches. Jimin was highly unsure but he tried to open the door and it swung open for him. If he was in his wolf form, his hackles would definitely be raised. Jimin stepped through and closed the door softly.

His eyes scanned your apartment to see nothing out of the ordinary. Except maybe for a cake and a gift bag on the table. He took another sniff and lowly growled when he caught the scent of two vampires. How dare they get close to his mate?

Light on his steps, Jimin made his way down the hall. He peeked in your bathroom and the spare room. There was nothing in those that struck him odd. Now he was at the last door which he assumed to be your room. He opened the door only to be met with an ordinary room. Though your scent full on hit him.

Jimin took a few more steps until he caught the low scent a vampire. He gradually followed the scent until it took him to your bed. He looked around and saw a couple of shirts laying on your bed. He another sniff and brought his head closer to your blanket. Though it wasn't your blanket that had the scent of the vampires, but instead your shirts.

He stood up and furrowed his eyebrows. He looked around again and found nothing that was wrong. Jimin still didn't like the fact that vampires had been in your home. Plus, he didn't find your friend here either. Unless you were friends with a vampire? He shook the thought away and headed back to the living room.

In the streetlight that came from your window, he spotted a set of keys faintly glinting. Jimin went over to pick up the keys and went back out through the door. He locked it and made his way back to Yoongi.

Yoongi didn't bother with asking questions as he saw the projections from Jimin's mind. They didn't say anything as Jimin stuffed your keys deep in his pocket and went behind the tree to shift. He took off his pants and folded them so that the keys wouldn't fall out by any chance. He felt his body to warm up and let his body form to his wolf. After the cracks of bones, Jimin huffed and grabbed his pants in his mouth.

Jimin emerged behind the tree and pointed his head back to the house. Yoongi nodded and the two wolves ran back to the house, disturbing the night. Once Jimin and Yoongi were at the house, they immediately went to their spots to shift back into humans.

Namjoon had sent them a link in their head asking where they were earlier. Jimin only replied saying they'll explain everything when they got back. Both of them were fully clothed and they went into the house. They took a peek on you, taking a nap.

Smiles appeared on their faces as they snapped out of it. Quickly, without trying to wake you up, they went to the meeting room where everyone was. All attention was on them as they took their seats.

"Now, can you three explain what's happening?" Namjoon got straight to the point.

"We have some form of an idea." Seokjin said as he leaned on the table. "As we were doing a patrol, we heard someone scream and we rushed there. Turns out it was Y/N surrounded by three vampires..."

Growls erupted at the thought of vampires near you.

"Anyways," Jin shook his head as if to get rid of the thoughts. "We killed them and I took Y/N back here for medical attention as one of them grabbed her roughly." His eyes went to Yoongi and Jimin.

"Y/N said that a friend of hers was in her apartment." Jimin began. "So, I went into her apartment and smelled two vampires inside her home." He could see all their eyes flash with anger. "I found nothing was moved. But it was kind of weird that on her bed, her blanket smelled normal but she had shirts on her bed that reeked of those leeches."

Everyone was quiet, processing the information.

"We have to keep her here." Hoseok replied. "We can't protect her if those things came into her apartment."

"I agree with Hobi." Jungkook stated. "I don't want her alone and they decide to attack her."

The rest of them nodded with agreement and looked to Namjoon. He had his eyes closed and when he opened them, everyone froze. His goldish eyes stared at everyone.

"I agree." He finally said. "I'm just thinking about what Jimin said. Their scent was mainly on her shirts that were on the bed, not her blanket. When you think about it, they may have taken a shirt of hers to track."

"What?" Taehyung questioned. "Track her? Why her of all people?"

"I'm not sure." Namjoon responded. "Has anyone seen a vampire when you're with her?"

No one said anything. They were trying to recall any time that they were with her. Though they can remember your encounters, they couldn't remember anyone else.

"Maybe they saw one of us with her and decided to target her." Namjoon rubbed his temple. "In order to get back at us for killing their elite vampires."

Everyone was quiet.

"Let's just explain the situation to her." He blinked once and his brown eyes returned. "No fights at all. Our main mission is to protect our queen."
