"Will You Marry Me?"

Back at the loft, Mon-El was finishing up dinner. He'd lit several candles on the dining room table and he was placing a rose in the vase when he heard keys rattling outside the door. He quickly adjusted himself and waited for Kara to walk in. She opened the door while knocking, "Mon-El, I'm ho- what is all of this?" She asked gazing at all of the candles on the table. Mon-El made his way over to her, "I thought I'd make dinner tonight instead of getting takeout for the fifth time this week." He said kissing Kara gently on the cheek. She smiled up at him, "Aw, that's so sweet, but where's-." "Luna's at Alex's for the night." Mon-El interrupted, guessing what Kara was going to ask. "Oh, okay. Wait, where are the plates?" She asked. "I knew I was forgetting something!" Mon-El said, "It's okay, I'll get them." She laughed.

Mon-El was smiling to himself as she turned around to get the plates out of the cabinet, "So what did you end up doing tod-." She'd turned around to see Mon-El down on one knee, holding the most beautiful ring she'd ever seen, "Oh my gosh." She exclaimed, cupping her hand over her mouth. "Kara, I've been thinking about this as soon as I saw you again. And when you told me about Luna, there was no way that I was going back. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever again. I love you more than anyone in the entire galaxy and beyond, with the exception of Luna of course. We were the most unlikely couple. There was no logic when it came to you and me. A Kryptonian and a daxamite? But it was the best thing that ever happened to me, you were the best thing that ever happened to me.So, Kara Zor-El, will you make me the happiest man in the-." Kara had tears rolling down her face as she interrupted his speech, she couldn't wait any longer, "Yes! Yes! A million times yes!!! Of course I'll marry you!" He stood up and she immediately threw her arms around his neck and kissed him. After a long kiss she pulled away to look him in the eyes, "I can't believe we're gonna get married." He smiled at her with tears in his eyes as well, "I'm happy you're happy. I love you, Kara." "I love you, too."

All of a sudden there was a voice coming from the hallway, "Can you let us in? We're dying out here." Alex said through the door. "Oh my goodness, seriously?" Kara asked, shaking her head as she went to open the door. "Hey, I'm just excited!" Alex replied, smiling from ear to ear. "Man, and I thought I hugged tight." Kara said as Alex squeezed her as hard as she possibly could. Alex pulled away, "I'm sorry." Kara rolled her eyes, "You're not hurting me, silly." Alex eyed Kara for a few seconds before replying, "Yeah, I- I know." "Hi mommy!"
Luna said, piping up from behind Alex. "Hi sweetheart." Kara said. Luna reached for Kara's left hand, "I see?" She asked. Kara crouched down and held out her hand. Luna's eyes widened, "Wow. It's so pitty mommy." Kara smiled, "Yeah, it is pretty." Clark came up behind Alex, "Clark, hi!" Kara said. "Hey guys, congratulations!" Clark said, walking over to the three to hug Kara, he also gave a very tight hug, "He, on the other hand, definitely could." Kara said to Alex. Immediately after hugging Kara, Luna leaped into his arms, "Woah! Hey babygirl!" Clark said, very startled. Luna giggled, "Hi, unca Clark." Clark then walked over to Mon-El with Luna in his arms, "Congrats, bro." He said giving Mon-El a solid handshake and a pat on the shoulder with his free hand, "Thanks, Kal." Winn came running through the door, practically tackling Mon-El. "Hey Winn!" "Hey, congrats you guys! I brought some champagne." He said, almost yelling. "You have a bit yourself already?" Asked Mon-El. "No, I'm just really excited." He said, a bit offended. They partied for about an hour, because it was nearly past Luna's bedtime, and they still had to get back to Alex's apartment. They wanted to give Kara and Mon-El some alone time. But for that next hour they drank champagne in celebration, not Luna of course. But, she had apple juice in a plastic cup that sort of resembled the champagne glasses, which she was very happy about.
