The robots began swarming around Kara and Mon-El. Mon-El turned to Kara frantically, "Kara?" He asked. She was looking around in awe, "Yeah?" She asked calmly, not at all phased by the chaos ensuing around her. "Do you have a plan?" He asked, the robots closing in. "This is all so surreal. I can't even think straight." Kara said, still engrossed in her surroundings, unable to see the danger. Mon-El gazed at the incoming bots, he turned squarely toward Kara, "Kara?!" He repeated. She snapped out of her trance, "What?" She asked. "A plan. Do you have a plan?" He retorted. "Not really, do you?" She asked, scanning the robots who were encasing the two in a tight circle. Mon-El shrugged his shoulders, "Not a great one." "What is it?" Kara asked, without skipping a beat. They began backing up against one another, the bots in their faces. Mon-El turned his head to the left so he was able to see Kara, "I was gonna say run, but I feel like that'd be really stupid."

Suddenly, a voice could be heard from the edge of the forest, "Stand down!" It yelled. Kara looked over, her mouth agape. It was her mother, Alura Zor-El, "Kara? Is that really you?" She asked, walking toward Kara. "Mom?" Kara asked, tears forming in her eyes, "How- how are you alive?" Alura pulled Kara into her arms, "I was about to ask you the same. I saw your pod fall into the Phantom Zone. I thought you were a goner." Alura leaned back to look Kara in the eyes. Kara quietly said, "No, I made it." The tears began streaming down her face, "I can't believe my eyes." "And Kal?" Alura asked, her voice shakey. "He got there safely. He arrived twenty-four years before me, but he's fine, a nice family took him in." Kara said, a faint smile on her lips. Alura sighed in relief, "Oh, thank rao."

She then looked past Kara to Mon-El, "I've seen you before. You're the Prince, yes?" Mon-El stepped up next to Kara, "I was." Kara glanced over to seen him by her side, "He's with me now." "I can see that." Alura stated. Suddenly, her eyebrows raised, "Oh, you mean, together, together." Kara giggled to herself, "Yeah, he may not be the Prince of Daxam anymore, but he's my prince now." She said, leaning her head his shoulder, his arm wrapped around her. Alura smiled promptly at the two of them, "I'm glad you're happy." Kara smiled back, "Thanks mom."

"How did you even find Argo?" Alura asked them. "There's something here that we desperately need. It's an ingredient for a cure." Mon-El replied. "For whom?" Alura asked, concern in her voice. "Me." Kara said. Alura's eyes widened, "You? Why? What happened? What's wrong?!" "I-" Kara began, her lip quivering a bit. Mon-El pulled her more tightly into his grasp. "I have an invisible parasite." "Oh my! But you've discovered a cure?" Alura asked. Kara shook her head, "Not me, my foster mother. She's a scientist." Alura places a hand on the side of Kara's shoulder, "What do you need?" She asked curiously. "The petals of a Daressa flower." Mon-El replied. Alura smiled, "Oh, we'll that's a simple one. Come with me."

Kara followed Alura into the living room of her mother's home, "It's right in here." Alura said. And there it was, sitting a top a shelf, was the Daressa plant. Kara gazed at it, "I haven't seen a Daressa in so long. I've nearly forgotten how beautiful they are." Kara said, not breaking her gaze from the beautiful flowers. Alura walked up behind her, "Aren't they? Remember how much you loved this when you were little?" Kara smiled up at it, "Yeah, I'd measure it every single day. Luna would love these." "Who?" Alura questioned. Kara spun around, "Luna, my daughter." Alura's heart jumped, she placed her hand over it, "You have a daughter?" She asked, smiling brighter than she ever had before. "Yeah, Mon-El and I do." Kara responded.

Alura sat down on the bench, "Well, let's sit. Tell me about her." Kara sat down beside her mother, her face softened, "She's the sweetest little girl in the world." "How old is she?" Alura asked. "She's 3, nearly 4." Kara said. "I have a granddaughter." Alura said softly, not to say to Kara per say, but just so she'd have time take it in. Kara cocked her head to the side and put a hand on her mother's leg, "Yeah." She said. Alura broke out of her trance and looked at Kara, "You have to bring her back here sometime." "Don't worry, I will." Kara said reassuringly. "I can't believe it. You don't happen to have a picture of her, do you?" Alura asked. "No, I don't, I'm sorry." Kara said. Alura's face sunk a bit, "Oh that's alright honey, that's not why you're here." Kara stood up, "No, but we'll be back soon." Alura stood up beside her, "And I'll be anxiously awaiting your arrival." Kara hugged her mother tightly, "I love you, mom." "I love you, too, Kara." She said, hugging her tightly in return.

Just then, Mon-El walked in, "Ready to go, Babe?" He asked. Kara turned around, "Yeah, we should get going." "I'll see you two again soon. Have a safe trip home." Alura said, her face fallen. She was clearly saddened that they had to leave so soon. "Thank you, Alura." Mon-El said. Alura smiled at him, "Of course. And please, call me mom." Mon-El looked up at her, surprised, "Really?" He asked. "Yes really. You're married to my daughter and the father of my granddaughter. I feel it's appropriate." Mon-El smiled widely, "That seems reasonable to me. Mom." Kara put her arm around him, "Bye, mom." She said.  "Goodbye Kara. Goodbye Mon-El." She walked up to the pair, pulling them both into a hug.

Later on the ship, Kara and Mon-El had a short karaoke session, which soon turned into silence. Kara smirked to herself. Mon-El turned to her, "What?" He asked. She instantly responded, "Nothing." He looked on, out the window, "Nothing? What are you smiling about?" He asked again. "I'm always smiling. I'm a smiley person." She responded. He shrugged his shoulders, "Good point." "I'm just happy. My mom is alive, Luna has a grandma. Plus, you now have a mother who isn't out to kill us." Kara said, chuckling slightly at the last statement. "Yeah, that's always a plus." Mon-El replied, beginning to smirk himself. They both turned to look back out the front window, "Hey, I think we're almost home." Kara said. "Yep, we're here." He replied.

They walked in to the DEO where everyone was waiting for them. Winn ran up to them first, "Hey! Did you get it?!" He asked. Kara held up the flower, "Yeah, we did." She replied. As she said this, Alex ran up to take it from Kara, "I'll get it to mom." She said, taking the flower and warmly embracing her sister. Winn piped in, "Where did you guys find it." "It was on Argo." Kara replied. "Where?" Winn asked, his face scrunched up and confused. "It's the city where I grew up." She said thinking about her home longingly. A broad smile formed on Winn's face, "Like on Krypton?" He asked, the fanboy in him coming through clearly. "It's a city on Krypton. My father designed something that kept the city in tact. When Krypton exploded, the city just flew somewhere else." Kara said. "That's awesome." Winn replied, clearly satisfied with her answer.

"What is?" Alex asked. She had just returned from giving the flower to her mom. Kara turned to her, "My mom is still alive. Argo City is still in tact." "What?" She asked in utter disbelief. "Yeah, I didn't believe it at first either and I was there. But she is." Kara replied excitedly. Alex smiled back at her sister, "I'm so happy for you! Luna gets another grandma." "She told me I could call her mom, too." Mon-El exclaimed. "Aw, you get a non-psychotic mom." Alex replied with the slightest hint of sarcasm. Mon-El pursed his lips together, trying not to laugh before replying, "I know! It's fantastic!"

Later that evening, Kara, Mon-El, and Luna were at home. Luna was fast asleep. There was a soft knock at the door. Kara walked over to answer. "Kara?" It was her foster mom, Eliza. "Luna's already in bed." Kara said, moving to the side to let her in. Eliza sat down at the kitchen island, "I didn't come to see Luna, I came to talk to you." Kara day down beside her, intrigued. Eliza sighed before looking up, "I've finished concocting the cure. So, would you want to come to the DEO now, so we can fix you up?" She asked. "Yes! That'd be great!" Kara exclaimed. The happiness quickly dwindled, "Wait, I don't want to wake Luna." Mon-El walked into the kitchen, "I'll just stay home with her." Kara looked up at him, "You don't want to come with? Are you sure?"
Mon-El walked over to her and placed his hand on top of her's, "Yes, I'm sure. You're going to be fine, we'll come and see you in the morning. You're in good hands." He said.

"It's gonna be okay." He kissed her forehead and gazed into her eyes, smiling at his strong, beautiful wife. Eliza broke the silence, "Shall we?" She asked. Kara got up off of the stool, "Okay." She said. She turned to Mon-El who hugged her tightly, "I love you." "I love you, too." He said back, kissing the top of her head. Kara didn't want to let go. "Ready to go?" Eliza asked. "Yeah, I'm ready." She replied, slowly letting go of Mon-El. She grabbed his face, pulling him down to kiss his sweet lips. And with that, she walked out the door with Eliza.

After the door was shut, Mon-El walked over to Luna's bedroom door and cracked it open. His daughter was still sound asleep. He walked over to her bed and kissed her forehead just as he had Kara. He smiled down at his beautiful little princess before quietly walking out of the room and going to bed himself. This long day had finally come to a close, and now it was time to sleep.
