❝ So, did you go to college?  ❞

The brunette, English woman whose in charge with the interview does not intimidate Hope one bit. Her face was so angelic, she could be bossy but at the same time the way her eyebrows danced made Hope think she shouldn't be worried about. The interviewer seem to be pretty genuine by the way she speaks,

Hope casted her gaze down,  ❝ Uhh. . Well no, after Senior I went to take over my parent's bakery but it went bankrupt so I have to find another job. ❞

The interviewer, who's name was Ophelia, seem to hesitate as she turned another page of the stacked documents. Suddenly, Hope feel uneasy about it.  ❝ Have you been a caretaker before? Do you have an experience that comes along with that branch? ❞

Hope sighed,  ❝ No, Miss. I have none. ❞

Ophelia sat back, letting her weight depend on the chair as she looked at Hope suspiciously. Studying her behavior,  ❝ Then tell me, Ms. La Renta. Why must I pick you over Caretakers who have mastered their profession for years? ❞

It took Hope a few seconds to form sentences in hopes that she won't make a fool of herself, thinking of her apartment, the bills, and her boyfriend. She finally looked up and met the interviewer's strong gaze.  ❝ Well, I'm known to be hardworking and determined. As long as you'll give me instructions then I can learn it, I will be working twice as strong and twice as cheerful if the person I'm supposed to tend to is pessimistic.

I can help both physically and mentally, and I think that makes it acceptable because other caretakes only look out for the goodness of the process of the disability— not bothering to think of how the disabled feels. ❞
