I opened the door of the Volkswagen stepping out into the eerie night. I didn't bother a chance to look at the set of tall buildings ahead .Rather my gaze was fixed on the bus stop a few foot away.
The secretary saw me looking towards it and explained me that it was another crime done just a few hours ago ...not any serious crime like the psycho murderer . It seems like a burglar had broken into the nearby bank and fled in his car but unfortunately met with an accident. This explains why the stop has glass shattered around.
Anyway, in I went through the doors of the company.

So, here I am ...looking around to get a clear image of the  inside, as my eyes were drooping already.
For a week, they gave us a room at the office itself.
We headed through the long corridors turning corners every now and then when at last, we reached the room allotted for us. The secretary gave us the keys for the room and parted saying,
"Let me know if you need any help!"
We turned the key in it's hole and pushed the door in, to reveal a perfectly exquisite guest room. One by one we entered the room with jaw dropping wide.
The room had a luxurious look from the creamy smooth carpet to the sparkling lights up on the ceiling. Various pictures hung around the wall illuminated by the bright lights.
I sat on the couch and wondered how our boss could possibly be related to a man of this big interest. This man was no joke. He must've been working hard from the start till his early 50's or 60's, whatever age he is. My boss said he was his friend, so I guess he might be around 50's. I breathed out a huge sigh and laid on the soft cushion.

Shortly after, there was a knock on the door. Donggeon and Stan were asleep already and I was too tired to lift my body up.

"Zac, could you please get the door?", I asked still lying on the couch.
Zac who was unloading stuff looked at me annoyed and yelled .
"I guess I'm doing a better job than you, so how about you get it instead?"
I looked at him furrowing my brows and yelled back.
''Fine, then no need of opening it",  I said as I turned on my back and continued my job of lying still on the couch, while Zac hadn't moved an inch from his place.
The knocking continued. After few minutes I got annoyed and  walked up to the door finally and opened it.

A man holding a box in his hand was standing at the doorway with a huge grin.
"Oh delivery? Thanks", I said as I grabbed the package from his hands before slamming the door to his face. I looked at the top of the box to find a note which read:

"HI and welcome to our company. I'm Edward Tracer, CEO of this company. It's a pleasure to have you here with us considering the situation of our country. We are pleased that you have actually agreed to this. I assure you that we will help you with your task as much as we can. Once again, thank you. "

                                      - Edward Tracer

I looked into the box. There was a cake inside with the writings 'All the best' on top.
Realization struck me and I scolded myself for what I'd done.
I turned around immediately and opened the door. The man who gave the box, that is..the ceo was standing dumbstruck with the same posture I left him in. I wasn't even able to look at him in embarrassment.
"um... Sorry... I..didn't... Know you were....er..."

"It's alright. It was my fault. I shouldn't have disturbed you after your long flight", he said with a smile.
"No. It's alryt. Come in please."
He took a seat on the couch while I sat on the opposite beanbag.
Zac who had finished unpacking just came into the living room with a Dan Brown's book in his hand. When he saw the two of us, he took a seat next to me and whispered in my ears...
"Who the hell is this guy? It's just been a minute since I went in and you've already let a guy in".

"Shut up! He's the CEO of the company. He has already been disrespected by me", I said making sure the CEO wouldn't hear.

" So... I arranged this room specially for you. Since you guys are our special guests. Do you like it?"

I and Zac looked around the room as if we were seeing it for the first time, and nodded.

"Not our level...but it's okay", I heard Zac say.
I bit my lips and nudged him hard in his ribs.
The CEO was now laughing, to our amazement.
"sorry sir, he's a bit of a lunatic", I said rubbing the back of my neck.
"It's alryt. You can just call me Edward. I'm just 27",he giggled.

Looking at his appearance, maybe I was wrong considering him a bit older....OK maybe a LOT older.
He was just 5 yrs elder to me and is already one of the richest man in Tokyo.
     "  OK, si...I mean Edward", I said.
Edward chuckled and asked our names.
" I'm Meghan", I said offering my hand.
    "And I'm Zac.... ZAC KING"
I rolled my eyes away from him when Edward laughed again. How could he actually laugh to his stupid puns?
There are only two people who can laugh for his jokes. One... Edward and the other is... My mom.  Since Zac doesn't have a mother, she takes care of him like his own child and laughs for his stupid jokes so that it doesn't hurt his feelings.
"OK so I guess I gotta get going. Have a good night", Edward said standing up from the couch and heading towards the door.

"yea good night.... Oh..and thanks for the cake"

"It's alright. Mind joining me for breakfast tomorrow?", Edward asked with a smile.

     " Will there be waffles?"

I narrowed my eyes at Zac.

Edward giggled and nodded, "whatever you wish for".

Though not fair, I was the one embarrassed at that moment.

I quickly interrupted when Zac was about to say something again.

   "Ah..we would love to....hehe"

"Alright then. Bye". Edward walked out and I closed the door.

"Ok now that was weird", Zac giggled.

"yea and you better control your mouth next time....."
