Chapter 22

*3 months later* *so in the month of March*

The last 3 moths have been so much fun! When I came back from Austrailia I went back to school for a month and then went to some youtube events for most of February. In 2 months I missed a total of 4 weeks of school. I have been to the U.S. 5 times in the last 2 months and I am constintly being pulled out  of school. My parents still let me go though because they both know that youtube is very important to me. 

I have made a lot more covers on youtube and I have finally realized that I am a good singer. I am verified on Youtube and I have a lot of followers on twitter and instagram. It is the end of March so I just got a week off on March Break. Which I spent a week in the US doing numerous collabs with other youtubers and guest starring at a couple events. I have seen Troye a lot and Tyde a couple of times. Troye is always in America going to events but Tyde has to stay in Austrailia, for school. 

Pfft, I remember when I went to school for more than 2 weeks at a time. Now that I think about it, it's kinda sad.

Ryan is doing great. Laya is having a baby girl in the middle of April. And we are all really excited. I can't believe that I am going to be an Aunt. I can't wait! Laya and I have gotten really close lately. She is always at our house hanging out with Ryan and even when he is still at school she comes over to hang out with me. 

It is the end of a school day and my parents car's are both in the drive way. That's weird. They usually get home after dinner. I walked into the house and saw my parents sitting at the kitchen table having a casual conversation. When I got closer to the kitchen they both stopped and watched me walk into the kitchen.

"Hello Kate." My mother greeted me.

"Hi mom. Hi dad. What are you doing home so early?"

They looked at eachother and my mom started talking.

"We are here to talk to you about something. Something very important that could change our lives forever."

"Are you pregnant?!" I asked, slightly scared to know the answer.

"No of course not! Don't be silly. It involves you."

"What about me?" I had no idea what they were going to say but I figured that it would take a while so I sat down at the end of the table.

"We are sending you to live in the USA for a while." My dad said.

"What? Why?"

"Because it is getting hard sending you back and forth form LA to here so we decided that you would live in LA for a while."

"Ahhhhh! Thank you thank you thank you thank you! When do I leave?" I creamed and jumped around.

"Oh good. I thought that you were going to be upset with us! And you will be leaving in a week. Do you want to know who you are staying with?"

"YES!"

"Lauren, Arden, Jenn, and Andrea. They are so excited for you to live with them."

"Yayyyy! I am so much more excited now! I have to go pack. Bye!" I ran upstairs and did a little happy dance once I was in my room with the door closed. 

I started to pack my clothes and accesories. I don't wear makeup so I didn't pack any of my very small makeup collection.

I texted Cara and told her everything. She is very sad that I am leaving but excited for me at the same time. She said that she will come and visit me when I want her to. She is honestly the best friend anyone could have! I am so glad that I stole her pencil that day in kindergarten and we became best friends shortly after.

I also texted Tyde telling him the good news. He said he will come and visit me once I settle down in my new living space. His leg is completley healed but the scars still are and forever will be there. He is feeling a lot better and a lot less depressed. It is still there though, barried under the fake smiles and laughs. I talk to him twice a day and sometimes even more then that. He is always the first person to text me in the morning and the last person I text at night.

My life is so perfect right now.

That was kind of a short chapter but the next one will be the one where Kate moves to the US!!!!!!
