"Harley Eva Potter, and Bian Noelle Snape, if you do not slow you arses down, I will tackle you!"

I laughed at Hermione and stuck my tongue out at her, which in turn, made her fake gasp. It was the first trip of the year into Hogsmeade, and of course, Snape pulled some strings to get Bian to go on the trip with us. She had never been into Hogsmeade, so she was beyond excited. I was hoping to show her some of my favorite places.

"How about we all meet up at the Three Broomsticks in an hour?" Ron asked.

Everyone nodded and we all split up. Ron and the twins went to Zonko's joke shop, Hermione went to go buy some new books, Harry said he was going to look at a new broom, and Bia and I went to get candy, and lots of it.

We walked into Honeydukes and bought at least one of every type of candy they had. By the time we walked out of the store, our arms were filled with bags of candy, and the people we passed just gave us weird looks before shaking their heads. By the time we were done with the candy shop, we had only a half hour left before we were meeting at the three broomsticks, so we decided to walk around. There were tons of couples sitting in Madame Puddifoot's like always, and even more strolling down the street. We walked towards an alley and heard people yelling at one another. Without a word, the two of us ran full speed at the sound of the fight.

When we got there, Harry and Malfoy were yelling back and forth at one another, wands raised. No one else was around, but books and bags littered the ground around them. The look in Harry's eyes was strange; animal-like really.

"I know you're a bloody death eater Malfoy! Stop trying to hide it!"

"You're an arse if you think that Potter! I. Am. Not. A. Death. Eater."

The yelling continued and I groaned in frustration when I realized they weren't going to stop going at one another. I dropped my bags of candy. I quickly binded their bodies and they both fell to the ground, and glared at me. I grabbed their wands from their hands, tossed Harry's at Bia and stared down at the two of them.

"Before I unbind either of you, I want you to listen close. Harry, you will not accuse Malfoy of anything unless you have concrete evidence. Understood? It's the first trip to Hogsmeade and you arses are already fighting. If Malfoy and I haven't fought yet this school year, besides the incident on the train and the small irritations he's caused me, then there shouldn't be anyone that's fighting with him."

I unbinded them both and Harry jumped up and grabbed his wand from Bia before stomping away. Bian groaned and followed him, stopping to pick up my candy. I looked down at Malfoy, and offered him my hand. He looked at me incredulously and I groaned.

"Can't you accept the fact that I'm trying to be nice, and just go with it?"

He sighed, and grabbed my hand, and the moment he did, we both gasped.

Everything was cold and sore. My wrists were bright red from where the shackles held me. Too many attempts to leave, way too many. Cuts, welts, bruises, and god only knows what else covered almost every part of my body. I was too sore to move, too ashamed to get up. The whimpers of the other people in the cells made my heart drop to my stomach. They didn't get it as bad as I did. All of them had clothing and blankets, but none of them were prepared for this. Random students from both Hogwarts and Beauxbatons filled a few of the cells. Family of some of the members of the order filled others. I tried to get up, but the shackles held me. I groaned in frustration and began to cry. The sound of footsteps made me cringe. I tried to hide as much as I could of myself, and closed my eyes. A warm hand found my face, and I cringed away from it.
