The Great Hall was completely silent as we awaited the arrival of Voldemort and his army. McGonagall had a protective force field of sorts around the school, and had all the statues waiting on the bridge. Before we knew what was going on, the entire force field was falling apart in a fiery blaze. Everything became chaotic, as students began screaming and running in every direction possible. What happened next was crazy.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione broke off as I kept Ginny behind me. I was forcing her to stay in the Room of Requirements where I knew she would be the safest. Trolls were knocking down walls, and smashing everything in their way. Curses and spells were being shot in every direction. Everyone was either in battle mode or crying in the corner. The spiders we had faced in the Forbidden forest were tearing us limb from limb. Werewolves were ripping out throats, and I wanted it all to end.
I was grabbed by two death eaters, and screamed out as Ginny was grabbed by another. I forced a tree to come alive and grab the three of them. They tried to shout curses, but their wands were smashed. The tree squeezed them, and each time they moved, it's branches got tighter around their bodies. Fred and George came out of nowhere, and I pushed Ginny towards them as one of the wenches that helped in the murder of Sirius came forward.
"Little Harley Potter thinks she's so tough."
I smirked at her as she drew her wand. I dropped mine and she looked at me confused before starting to say the killing curse.
I let my hands drop to my sides and the wind began to pick up. The wench stopped her curse and stared at me in awe.
I clenched my fists together and smirked as lightening cracked across the sky. The force of the wind made the wench fall to the ground. I walked over to her as she scrambled to find her wand. I grabbed it before she could and cracked it in half.
"I don't think I'm tough. I am. This is for Sirius. AVADA KEDAVRA."
Her body laid lifeless and I turned just in time to dodge a body binding spell. I dodged in and out of corridors and hit as many people as I could. I threw some first years out of the way and gave them to Lupin who ushered them away.
I made it out of the school and began to run to where I heard shouting.
"Harley, Fred has been hit!"
Those four words was all it took for me to lose all hope. Draco was nowhere to be seen, my friends were dying, Harry went off to god knows where, and I was left alone. An evil chuckle came from behind me, and I tensed up.
"Ah the not as famous Harley Potter. Still in your brother's shadow even when you're about to die."
I glared at Lucius and he just smiled evilly at me. While he was distracting me, Bellatrix grabbed my wand from my hands and broke it before hitting me with a body binding spell.
"You weren't going to win Harley. Your precious brother is dead, and you will die as soon as the dark lord gets back here with our reinforcements."
His deep chuckle, and Bellatrix's earsplitting laughter filled my ears, and I felt myself growing angrier by the minute. They turned around and waited for their other goonies to show up, and I slowly fought through the spell that was keeping me down. My palms began to tingle, and I slowly crept towards the two-people keeping me down. The minute they turned around, I shouted crucio and they fell to the ground screaming and withering in pain. I knelt down, and grabbed both of their wands.
"How did you do that?" Lucius asked through clenched teeth.
I laughed at him, and punched him in the face.
