I woke up early the next morning determined to talk to my mom about the whole going home and Danielle thing. Two large bombs that I was planning to drop just then my phone lit up.
From: Niall
Hey I wanted to give you more info on the flight and such. The flight is on August 16th if you hadn’t noticed and leaves at four in the morning. I have one other ticket and I was wondering who you wanted me to give it to. Grace? Harry? Anyways give me a call later.
He’s so sweet, a really good friend. I thanked him repeatedly via Text. I then continued down the stairs and into the kitchen. My mom was sitting at the counter drinking coffee. “Hi honey. Why are you up so early?” she asked looking up at me. “But its good timing I needed to talk to you about something’s.” My mom sighed.
“Err okay? I was here to do the same thing.” I sat beside her and she put down her mug giving me her full attention.
“I hate to burden you children with this but I’m sorry honey we have to move.” She started.
“W-why?” I stuttered. Sure I had planned on moving anyways but still.
“Money is one of the main reasons but the other would us wanting to be closer to William’s collage.” I nodded in thought. Maybe I should sell the ticket Niall gave me or the necklace from Harry. No, no that would just be wrong they were gifts! “Are you okay honey?”
I looked back up at her and nodded.
“Now then what is it you wanted to talk about?” she asked taking a sip of the steaming brown liquid. I sighed heavily wondering if I should tell her now. “Come on now just spit it out.”
“I-I was coming down here to ask you if I could move out.” I laughed. My mom almost stap out her coffee but stopped herself.
“Wh-what? You’re not planning on moving in with Harry are you?” My mom asked bug eyed.
“No. no.” I shook my head. “Just some good friends, Danielle, maybe Eleanor and maybe Grace.” I told her. She sighed.
“We’ll talk to your father at dinner.” She said giving me one of the worst answers. He would ask a ton of questions and get worried… Arrg. “Was there more?” My mom asked. She knew me too well. Oh blood lines.
“Yeah actually…”
“Well come on now just tell me.”
“My friend gave me a ticket back home because he knew how much I missed it.” I told her quickly as if I said the words slower they wouldn’t work.
“You must have some pretty nice friends.” My mom commented. I nodded knowing so. “I guess so… If it’s already bought.” I nodded again.
“The ticket is in my room.” I told her hoping this would persuade her more.
“When is it for?” Mom asked me.
“Mid august.” She looked at me sadly.
“But honey I’ll hardly get to see you first you’ll be back in Vancouver then you’ll come back here but probably not living HERE. Then you’ll go back again for university.” It did sound a lot but I shrugged.
“What can I say, I’m an independent person.” I told her smiling. “Please mom. Puh-lee-seeeeeee.” I bugged.
“I’ll think about it.” She finally let out probably just to get me to go away. But oh well I’ll keep her to it.
Later that day I decided to go to Harry and Louis’s apartment if they weren’t home I would head over to Danielle’s or Niall’s. So here I was knocking on their door.
