Thank you so much for reading my book. I hope it has helped you in any way. Remember there is support out there for anything. Mental health is a very big deal, you should feel like you can speak about it. Speaking about how you feel and your mental health is important and also very brave. Not many people can have the confidence to speak up about how they feel. Remember that you can always speak up about how you feel. No one will judge.
