Paris's POV:

A glare served with a side of coldness was what I was greeted with as soon as I found Louis sprawled out on a couch in the place we rented for our vacation. He frowned as our eyes met then turned over onto his other side, facing the back of the couch instead of me.

"Louis," I purred out happily and crawled onto the couch- getting on him quickly. "Hey, twinie." He tsked and looked at me sharply then sat up, forcing me into his lap.

"Don't twinie me. You ditched me- again!" He said angrily. "I admit I left momentarily, but I came right back! You took off without a word and was gone the entire night! You're a horrible brother!"

"H-hey, I have a good reason," I promised.

"Bullshit! I can smell Richard all over you! You didn't even bother to take a shower before coming back to me," he hissed, wrinkling his nose. "You left me alone during the time we both agreed to spend together to go have sex!" I gasped then and shook my head.

"I- I did have sex," I admitted. "But it was after doing something important," I promised weakly. "I- I found Dylan- No my newborns found him- we- we went and got him," I mumbled.

"You could've called me! You could've come back after you were done, but noooo, you stayed all fucking night with him and had sex. I ate my dinner alone," he told me then pushed me off him completely. "Your portion that Grimm brought you is in the refrigerator. You're lucky I put it up for you, because that's what good brothers do. You can go home." He crossed his arms and got up from the couch. "I'm staying here though. I already rented this place for the full week, and I'm going to use it. Go have fun with Richard."

"N-no," I whined and got up- going after him. "I swear I'll stay here all week," I told him in a begging tone and held out my phone as an offering.

"Go home," he grumbled, looking away from me. It just then hit me- all his hurt thoughts and emotions. He felt completely alone in the world... and like all his hard work amounted to nothing. Everything he had done to impress me, to build his reputation, was for nothing. "I don't want you here, Paris."

"L-Louis," I whispered and then widened my eyes as I watched him. I'm a horrible brother... I made him feel worthless... I reached out for him quickly. If I could.... just touch him. He smacked my hand away quickly and exposed his fangs, whirling on me as he hissed.

"Don't Louis me!"

"Louis!" I said quickly and went to yank him into a hug. "I'm staying!" I promised. "He seduced me. Mates are clever. I'll stay here where it's safer," I told him and then kissed his cheek. He growled and bit down harshly into my shoulder, tearing out a chunk of my flesh as his whole body tensed at my touch. I gasped and then yanked away- grabbing my shoulder. "L-Louis! Biting your twin over being jealous of his mate is stupid!" I yelled before teleporting then to get away from him- leaving him as I went back home- teleporting to my bedroom and took my shirt off- pressing it onto my healing wound. He bit me! He's so upset at me... I whined a little and walked into the bathroom to clean up. What an ass... He's a jealous asshole. Desperate for me.

"Paris?" I heard Richard call out from nearby, hearing me whining. I heard his footsteps rushing my way worriedly, but they paused as they neared the bathroom, and I caught Louis's scent.

"Paris!" I heard him call out quickly, sounding concerned. He was by me in seconds, furrowing his eyebrows as he glanced my shoulder over. "I'm so sorry," he said hurriedly and looked me in the eyes, searching them. "I-I don't know what I was doing! I'm so sorry! I wouldn't bite you like that! I swear! Are you okay?"

"No!" I shouted at him and then scoffed. "I'm a vampire, of course I'm fine," I told him as I patted my shoulder with my shirt. "But you!" I yelled. "Biting me?" I asked. "Like an animal?" I turned to face him then. "GET OUT! THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU DID!" I yelled at him and teared up. "I came back to you and you bit me." He tensed then clenched his jaw slightly as the look in his eyes hardened.
